Wrong item, little to no help
We ordered two pizzas and requested both with garlic base sauce instead of the usual tomato sauce. When one of them arrived with the wrong base sauce, we contacted customer support, hoping to get our original ordered item. After explaining the issue, they offered up a 1000huf compensation coupon/credit and left it at that. When we argued that we'd just like the pizza as ordered or a coupon to reorder it for free, they said they cant do that and that this is as much as they can do, and after a little back and forth repeat of this, said goodbye and ended the chat. Fortunately, we resolved the issue by ourselves by going down to the restaurant (Fortunately it is close by) who resolved the issue and even said that foodora didnt even communicate with them that one of the items in the order was the wrong one. So overall, stop ordering through this app, and either get it from the restaurant itself or switch to a competitor.
