The worst online food delivery company I've ever used. Also some of the worst delivery customer service. I paid 42.88 EUR, never received the meal, and was denied a refund. After speaking with their customer service team on the day they ended the chat before resolving the case, after being guaranteed that I'd be passed to an expert team to look into my case, I had to chase them up myself on email for a response. I was then informed that my refund request was denied. Nice. Wish I hadn't bothered!

The new app that they want us to follow is by far, much worse than the previous one. Despite having the immediate notifications on, I barely notice the notifications if my driver has contacted me or if the food has left the restaurant etc.
My recent experience was horrible, and not the first time. It has either smth to do with very prolonged delivery times despite short distances or priority deliveries which causes me to end up with cold food.
this time, the rider decided to wait 50 minutes after the order was placed to even go to the restaurant. I was confused if the app was glitching or if the rider didn't have live tracking but the food was ready ages ago and the rider didn't even decide to go the restaurant for almost an hour. Delivery took extra long too and I ended up with cold food, again, surprise surprise.
My last experience with this horrible service.
I ordered a nice Thai meal for one without a problem. A few days later, I decided to order the same meal again, so I went into my Foodora.at account, clicked on "Orders and Reording" and chose "Items to Reorder". Please note that I only clicked this once. The total was 24.02 EUR. About 40 minutes later, a delivery guy arrived with a heavy bag containing THREE of the same orders. The receipt on the bag said 64.28 EUR, which is what Foodora charged my card. I immediately notified customer service, explaining that a glitch in their system had resulted in the delivery of three orders instead of one and a correspondingly high payment. "I am sorry but since the order is delivered to you there is nothing we can do now," the customer service agent replied. So I'm stuck with more food than any individual could ever eat and a huge bill. I won't be using Foodora again, that's for sure. Please be careful and double-check when you place an order.
I ordered Starbucks coffee and cakes for my wife through Foodora at 10:15am this morning. It was supposed to arrive between 10:30am and 10:40am, but when there were 2 minutes left, I waited another 40 minutes. I called Starbucks and they told me that a Foodora employee was not there yet.
I was angry and wanted to call but couldn't find the phone number, so I emailed and chatted with a Foodora employee about my situation. They told me that they had so many orders that they couldn't assign my order to anyone - which only made me angrier.
If my order was delayed that much, they should have told me so I could cancel it quickly. I asked the employee how long my order would wait and he said it would take another 30 minutes in his system. I asked if this system was real and he said he wasn't sure.
I find their customer service so bad and their bosses don't even have a phone number because they don't want to face their mistakes. They are liars and thieves. Thank you Foodora for giving me the motivation to never order online again."
I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Foodora. After ordering food, we waited for over 3 hours with no delivery. Reaching out to customer support was a nightmare—one agent even closed the chat without resolving anything. When I contacted another agent, they were completely unhelpful, offering nothing but generic, scripted responses that didn’t address the issue at all.
To make matters worse, after this ridiculous wait, my app showed that the food was marked as "delivered"—which it absolutely was not. No food, no solution, and no accountability from Foodora.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I will think twice before ever using this service again. If you can't handle basic customer service or ensure timely deliveries, what's the point?
Please send this to your manager or whoever is in charge!
You can take that 3€ voucher and shove it up your ašshole because I will never use foodora ever again. Not me, not my family and not anyone in my friend zone.
This is the 3rd and last time you pieces of shìt mess up my order and you wont refund me for it while its totally your fault.
You probably dont care to lose a few clients.

As a casual user, I have decided to stop using it after seeing how they try to convince their users to pay more. Their subscription plan is weird. Paying monthly for some free delivery (only if it is cheaper than 3 euros) and then what?
The more I use their service, the more negative I feel. I started to untrust this service for ordering food.
Everything works great until it doesn't. After non-delivery of an order (which was marked in the app as successfully delivered) i tried to reach out and figure out what's happening, but there's almost no way to contact them (tip: you can search in "payments" section of help center, it's the only place where you can have "other questions" and contact the support). I am apparently supposed to hear from them in 24h, which is a bit late when you wait for food and are angry for wasted money
This company is pure crap in any possible way.To order food over them or to work for them (i know few ex riders).
They lie by advertising that if you order food you will get it in 15min,truth is way different.You will get your food more like in 40min+ sometimes even cold.I ordered food from restouran that is 5min away from me,and got my food after 1h40min!While 40min food stood at the restouran because noone pick it up.And they told me that restouran needed that much time to prepare food.Called restouran and they told me that noone didnt come for 40min after food was ready to pick it up.And on app it was saying that restouran was busy and that was the reason.They lie on every possible way.That is due to shortage of drivers.And that is because they pay drivers so low to deliver long distance orders,big elevation,zero bonus for bad weather,not paying single cent to ride to the restouran,they does not care about how hard riders work,they just replace you,they even now want from riders to drive groceries from markets for a same amount of money.They pay them 4e no matter how long or heavy order is.It is not problem in drivers,problem is in company,they dont pay riders enough.And riders dont have any motivation to ride as they should.They dont have many riders to cover everything thats why orders take so long.They just dont care about costumers eather,they dont care how long you will wait for food.They just give you 5e cupon and they think that solve the problem.Still they advertise lies everywhere about deliveries time.People should send them some working inspections overthere since they false advertise and lie costumers.
I did order my food from them many times and i always had some problem,now that i know what they are doing i dont order food from that company anymore.Just wanted to share my experience.
If you plan to order or work for them,dont.Make yourself a favor and order food somewhere else or get some other job.You will thank me later ;)
