Biscuits are great!
Smooth transaction.

Really really bad food. Not a Hak at all more like a lack. Of taste. Poorly made, terrible thick plastic and containers. Leaking and taste of bland and below par.

Purchased Foodhak’s pumpkin spice granola through Ocado, only to find it contained whole cloves - a really awful breakfast experience. Contacted Foodhak and they sent a replacement and promised to look into it…but the replacement also contained whole cloves. The ingredients, as you might expect, only contains clove powder. Whole cloves are not meant to be eaten like this.

Excellent health food products, delivery and discounts.

Food is a bit hit and miss.... some taste great, others are either too wet in consistency and others too spicy...

All of the meals were ridiculously tasty, by far the best prepared meal thingy I have ever tried; controlled portions of real food. Even the kale and spirulina was tasty.

I ended up cancelling my subscription, but that is because it is all so fresh and I am far too busy and incompetent to eat three fresh and healthy meals a day - but that is 100% on me - as soon as this absurd project at work is over, I will be coming back.

I thought I'd mention this because, unlike the 1* reviews I've seen, the Cancel Subsription was the easiest on-line cancellation I have ever done - one click, and no jumping through hoops, and that Reactivate button is now there, waiting for me.

And their customer service was so helpful, when I wanted to postpone my box until after Easter.

Just lovely, all around, but we are not currently a match; I will be back.

Loved all my fodhak, absolutely delicious, only bad part was that it arrived in a massive box and it could of been half the size. I really liked the chocolate one,

THEY DONT ALLOW YOU YO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS!! YOULL HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR BANK CARD TO GET OUT OF THIS SCAM HELL!
I emailed them asking to cancel subscription.
I tried their website to do that which didn't worked.
No way to opt out no matter what.
Now 8 have to keep my card "temporary blocked" and yet for 2 days I unblocked it. They charged me.
I need refund. But they just ignore you.
I will be reporting them to relevant authorities and contact my bank regarding it but just beware most SCUMMY SCAMS.
They do send you some bullshit low quality crap calling it a good/meal, but fact they refuse your cancellation is main issue.
And to be honest. Meals they charge 8-9, is same exact you can get ready meals in Tesco for 3-5 AT BEST. I personally think Tesco cheapest ready meals better quality too so...

Although there products are nice and tasty their delivery is rubbish as my box on more than one occasion has been returned to them and not delivered. I also struggled to reach them and get a refund. Wouldn’t risk again as the hassle is not worth it sadly.

The food is excellent and the vegan weight loss diet really does work. However, I had issues with delivery twice, neither of which were Foodhak's fault, one of which was DPD's fault, who contacted me to tell me to contact Foodhak, which was annoying as it feels like they should inform Foodhak and FoodHak should reach out as part of their customer service. Contacting Foodhak to try to sort this out was difficult, responses were slow and when they did respond they misunderstood.

I am still awaiting my fourth box, which should have been delivered today - and there is no show or indication it is coming, so I will have to chase again.

Even so, having done it a week and off a week due to no show x3, I have lost a whole stone without ever feeling hungry and loving every mouthful!

Imagine how good this experience might have been if I got all 4 boxes consecutively.

So glad Foodhak brought back the Apricot and Olive Tagine. My favourite Foodhak dish is so, so good. Perfect flavours and always the best thing in the box.

curry didn't feel like "diet food" at all—spices are just perfect. A light but filling dish that hits the spot. Definetly something I'll keep in the rotation for my low-calorie days. Flavourful and guilt-free meal option!

Trying to eat better has always been tough with my schedule, but these meals make it simple. I'm obsessed with the beetroot crackers—perfect -mid-day snack and enough protein to keep me full. Meals like the Red Fish Thai and Jerk Prawn make it feel more like a treat than a diet. I'm not left craving junk anymore, which is a win! Convenient, tasty, and the quality is consistent.

Never thought ready meals could be this healthy! The Ayurvedic Kitchari was super convenient and actually tasted like home-cooked. The spices aren't too overpowering, which I like. Saves me time while staying nutritious.

Managing work and life makes it hard to cook daily, so these ready-made meals have saved me. The Ayurvedic range, especially the turmeric latte, has really helped reduce my caffeine intake. My favs are the soups—they feel so hearty and homey. Plus, the eco-friendly packaging adds to the appeal, as I feel less guilty about the waste. Super happy with my experience so far! 💚

Poor packaging, everything was covered in viscous slop from one of the pouches which was damaged. Food looks gross yet still manages to taste worse than it looks. Miserable online experience, no button to unsubscribe.

Wasn't sure about meal delivery but am now hooked. Love that it saves me cooking time without compromising taste! The quinoa biryani is especially good after the gym-full of protein and keeps me going through the day!

The snacks keep my kids full and happy, especially the pophaks! Such a fun way to get them to eat healthy stuff.
