Another great course with Food at 52!
My partner and I did the Vietnamese cooking course yesterday. It was the second time we've been to Food at 52 and it was just as good this time around. Jean-Marc is knowledgeable, funny and good at dealing with a group of strangers who have sharp knives, gas burners and have been coiffing the liberal quantity of wine and beer on offer for a couple of hours. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The chicken dish we made was really, really good and will definitely be on the table at home before long. I would definitely recommend signing up to a course. If you think what you'd spend in a restaurant on a 2 or 3 course meal with alcohol on tap, it works out at pretty good value. We've booked another course already!
