for the first time I have seen is motherchod company. It cheat the customers' money and even cheat the salary of the staff This company owner. friends, if you want to keep your money safe, then refrain from this company. 😡🚫😡

Excellent Quality Refurbished phone. But unfortunately very bad customer service. I tried many times to call the help number but they do not answer. They only response in chat by whatsapp which I have terrible experience with the representative, they cannot understand simple english even in chat!!! Improve you costumer service. Hire those who are competent to answer inquiries not those who are under qualified and only for bakala!!!

Not a good experience at all, 1st order, 13min excellent condition, paying additional 100dhs for next day delivery, the driver delivered the phone next day, 2:30am, after finishing their work they came for deliver. and i ordered starlight, they cancel and gave me midnight color, excellent condition with small dent on body, the customer care, didn't care and didn't happen anything, phone was ok ok, ordered next phone 13min starlight excellent condition with 50dhs normal delivery, after long chasing and follow-up, phone arrived after 11days, scam quality phone, data is not getting transferred its been turn on for more than 24hrs, body have been replace with cheap quality, camera less have dust, their customer care promises he will do check and fix the problem but 3days now, noting happen, so over all their electronics are not checked and inspected well, their parts which they replace its very cheap qualtiy, as the first 13min got the display screen chipped, just within 3 days of normal use, not good quality, very poor delivery services even paying money, you dont get your item on time and no recommed and unless you have time to follow up, its been no 15days, no phone, waiting for the item to picked up and then they need 7days more, which feels again 10 or 11days, very bad just scammers, dont have the importance of phone.

The delivered small order but after that they scam me on my other order beawar it's a bunch of Indian scamming you , they will keep contact you like they processing your order

My experience to Fonezone is very bad and i felt its a scammed, I have received severely scratch and totally abused phones, when i raise a complaint instantly asking you will bare the return parcel cost and if you request for refund, you LOSE 15% of your money as per policy 85% of your money will be back only for touching the scrap device and to think that you event use as you only inspected its physical condition, then they will ask for investigation that they should have photos of the device before sending to customer or certificate of product that device is inspected ( note : not refurbished or not been inspected ), its a scam sending bad product and lose 15% of your money instantly, so its a scam they dont want to take any responsibility of their product because they know the condition of their product. Policy is a safeguard to them only not for the consumer…Please be aware and dont fall on the cheap product, that you dont know what condition they will send to you and instantly you lose 15% of your money because you want to return a bad product. All of those who are victims of this low quality service and fake, not accurate products i ask you report this to UAE consumer protection.

The phone is very bad quality, and the screen is not orignal, when the battery down to 20% it’s turned of automatically.

Be careful buying.Bought two iPhone at good price for my workers for their basic phone use. Bought in August last year and was only given to them in December. Only turned on but not used. Upon their first use, 1 phone already stopped working after an IOS update within two weeks of use. Long and lengthy follow up with customer service to have it fixed. Sent back and they returned almost 2 months after I complained. After it was returned to me it stopped working again by simply charging it. After a lengthy follow up again, I am told that LCD is damaged and i need to pay extra as its not covered by warranty. The issue has been there all along as the phone was barely used and was not use at all after the first said “repair”. The second phone is now showing problem on touch screen. Both phones have issues. I have sent all proofs but still wants extra charge. Be warned! Looking good conditioned phones but POORLY refurbished.

The "refurbished" cell phone should be as the new one when it comes to accessories and box contents.
However, the phone I've bought came with a regular charger not the 40W fast charger where it should be. After contacting the customer service, the department responsible replayed after many days by "this order we offer only phone for the refurbished phone we dont offer chargers if you want to gat e the charger you can make order we arrange for you" !!!
Therefore, when you buy from them, make sure about everything as they didn't mention that in the description.
