Their software worded perfectly and I successfully got my missing data back. The interface is very easy for understanding. It only took a few minutes to find my data because the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great application!

I bought one of the products of FoneDog but it didn’t work the first time. Then I contact the Support Team and soon I received an Email telling me that I bought the WRONG product. In the email, they told me which one was the right product I was looking to buy, and that's when I realized I was totally confused by the product name! The result was that I finally bought the right product and also received a refund for the wrong product. So that’s what I said, awesome customer service!

I bought a license for one month (around 50 €), and they kept my bank details and renewed the license for another month without my consent. Obviously no way to reach them on the phone or to access my information stored on their site to delete my credit card. Run away !

Paid for product. Product didn't work (code they sent wasn't correct). Followed instructions but just won't work. Customer services have stopped replying to my emails. We can collectively sue for our money back. Lets ruin these scammers.

The worst customer support ever, the software doesn't do the job and they do not tell you that you should root your phone before purchasing. I requested a refund 30 minutes after purchasing and they never replied.

Phonedog are crooks taking money hiding behind a returns policy. After downloading the product, I realized it did not do what I thought it would and requested a refund. They then refused and hid behind their refund policy. Watch out they are crooks and should not be trusted.

Fonedog Toolkit for Android Avoid at all costs. This program is total garbage. I should have checked the other reviews before buying the worthless program. Will not connect to my Galaxy 7 Phone from Windows. Windows has no problem see it and copying files.
I ended up using Samsung Smart Switch and it was FREE. It took a little bit of knowledge since Smart Switch is designed for transferring Data from your old phone to the new one. Since I was just doing a Factory Reset and Restore of my Phone it worked perfectly by using an SD Card as the target Backup Source. Its not real obvious in Smart Switch However it can be done, Goggle has a few examples.

It's a scam! They claim no root is required. Guess what, root IS required. I cannot root my phone, Galaxy Note 5, binary 2 on AT&T, so I'll never know if it would've worked anyhow.

Requested a refund and received a nonsense reply suggesting I try restoring my data from a backup.

Save your money. DO NOT BE A VICTIM.

I accidentally deleted important pics from iPhone 6s the day before yesterday. FoneDog iOS toolkit did me a favor, and now those photos are back.

SCAM! DO NOT PAY!

I was looking for a way to backup my older iPhone to move everything to a newer model and didn't want to use the slow iCloud of iTunes, so I tried the demo of FoneDog. It created a backup file pretty quickly that included all my data (photos, contacts settings, EVERYTHING). Then to restore that file into the new phone they require you buy a license for $29.99. To just be done with the whole process I gave in and paid for it to move everything to my new phone.

BUT after buying then they tell you that the program can only restore Contacts- no pictures or anything else their demo backed up in the file, making the file useless and them tricking people into paying $30.

When I asked for a refund they showed me some buried small print writing that said all of this that no one would ever find and they get my money.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Just use iTunes.

I purchased their ios toolkit full suite based on their online claims of its capabilities - i tried at length to repair my daughter's iphone SE using this software and it failed with the 'failed for unknown reason' message. tried the deep repair option but that also failed for the same 'reason'. I have been back and forth by email with these people asking for my money back whilst refusing to jump through their BS hoops which they have in place to allow them to keep my money - it's very frustrating and I assure any potential customer that dealing with these cretins will be very tiring. I still haven't received my refund and i won't hold my breath - hopefully they'll spend my money on an expensive lunch and it'll be rotten. So sick of software developers like this doing horrible, frustrating things like this - i genuinely feel that they are modern-day highwaymen/women.
I have purchased fully registered versions of a great many softwares over the years and have had cause to be refunded for similar reasons by others without any problems - this lot are thieves, plain and simple.
If your software doesn't do what it's advertised to do then money-back, no quibbles.

FONEDOG advertised it could fix and restore a particular problem.It dedicated a full page to it. So I decided to purchase a full membership. Guess what? IT DID NOT WORK! I tried every which way to resolve the issue. I then had to take it to Apple who reset my phone at no charge.
I then asked for a full refund from FONEDOG and I clearly stated the issues they "couldn't" fix. They then asked me 3-4 times what was the issue! "Again", i told them. They "again" asked for the Apple ID repair code number & "again" asked what was my email address and what did I want refunded. "Again" I stated the full amount as I proved them with my purchase code. They "again" asked for my paypal address etc. AGAIN i provided everything and I asked them firmly to stop with the repeated questions and just refund me. Im still waiting

I bought the software to fix my iPhone X (unknown error occurred 9). Their website specifically mentioned that their software is able to fix it. I followed all the steps and it never worked. They blamed my internet connection, the usb cord but I tried with three different networks and my phone’s original usb cord. At the end they suggested bring my phone to apple store. I asked for my money back and they never responded.
