Bad experience! not reliable service!
It takes too long to process the payment, as they said that it was public holiday. I posted my iPad on Thursday 31 Oct 2019. I called to company on Wednesday 6 Nov 019 and he said it will pick it up by Wednesday or Thursday. But nothing happened about my payment yet until today. It takes more than a week to collect postage at their post office. Very bad experience. it's not reliable as they said on website.

Great Communication and understanding for my mistake
I sent my phones in. But due to my mistake of putting my iPhone as a plus instead of just a normal one meant that I didn’t go through with the sale. But Fonebanks communication and understanding were great. I would deal with them again in the future if the price is right.
