Love the product - I do think the bean bag could use a bit more stuffing but that’s not a problem as it’s available to purchase! But more than anything their customer service is excellent which makes all the difference.

Ordered some refill foam for another brand bag we have had for years that was going flat. Original vendor is out of business, so their warranty of free foam for life was dead. foam was indistinguishable from the original foam, and brought that old flat bag back to life. Bought a small chair/lounger for my son to try out Fom's full chair packages. Again I can't tell the difference and it was almost 1/3rd the price of other brands. Bag also shipped and was delivered much faster than we were expecting for the free shipping option. About 4 days from our order it arrived.

I love this bean bag and how quickly it was delivered to me. However, the zipper for the inner lining to access the foam inside is broken and I cannot get that part opened. I hoped it wouldn’t be a huge problem but I’ve left the bean bag out for 5 days now and it definitely need more stuffing which is an issue on top of the fact that if I get more stuffing then I can’t put it in because of the broken zipper. If someone could help with these issues that would be great.

EDIT: after speaking with customer service (who has been wonderful) the zipper is intentionally broken like that for child safety and hopefully I will be able to get it to move with a makeshift handle. And they are sending me more stuffing to help with that issue as well. Other than those issues, the bean bag is great and I can’t wait for the extra stuffing to arrive so I can enjoy it to its full capacity!

I purchased the large fombag for a Christmas present, the fombag never fully expanded to its full potential, which was upsetting. I wrote this in an review. The company contacted me ,and after exchanging photos they sent out the proper foam to make the chair what it should have been. They were very quick to respond, and have checked in to make sure we were now satisfied. I have been unable to edit that first review, but I am hoping that that if you are looking to purchase a fombag, the company will stand by their products and are looking to make sure your satisfied with your purchase and are willing correct any issues that may come up. This in today's online ordering craze is amazing, since most companies will just not respond back.I hope this helps.

Love the beanbag chair and so glad we opted for the white fur cover. I love that it’s washable and seems durable enough for our five kids. 5 stars for sure!!

I purchased this as a gift for my college student and he absolutely loves it! The foam expanded perfectly — I ordered the 6ft bag w/brown suede cover. The bag is SUPER comfortable. When I’m on the Fombag I instantly drift off to sleep.

I first purchased from Fombag several years ago. I purchased a 6 foot lounger with the microsuede. The material was great, and super comfy.
This Christmas I purchased another one, this time with the black bear furr fabric. It arrived on time and we love it.
The issue we had was the ottoman we had ordered with the Fombag. It did not have any foam or the foam liner, but had the black bear furr cover.
I contacted their customer support and they quickly responded and took care of the issue in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Fombag to anyone looking for a great product at a great price.

Have not received my bag but so far the service has been excellent. I ordered this bag last night and it is ready to be shipped! Cannot wait to get it.
