Charging postage on returns!

I have bought FOLK clothes regularly in Liberty's but this was my first internet purchasing experience. The £150.00 Jumper was too big so I swapped it for a smaller size. The only option is to take it to a SPAR outlet and they charged £3.95 postage! Superdry even collect free from your home for free and their clothes are a much cheaper unit value. Won't buy from FOLK again as they clearly do not understand the required and expected customer internet experience.

Charming folk, a joy to do business with.

Just a really nice bunch of guys, you feel like you're dealing with your pals rather than strangers which totally fits in with the whole ethos of the company. I'll definitely be back again, keep up the amazing work.
