Jesse Thompson is the best person to speak with. She knew everything that I needed to know. I am new to all this and Jesse made it easy to understand. As an agent specializing in a niche market like Transportation, its very hard to find hardworking, educated, knowledgeable, and efficient referrals in the compliance industry. However, my search has ENDED!!! Karly Mulligan at Foley is INCREDIBLE, and does her company justice. I know when I refer her a piece of business she will treat it as seriously as I do and ensure that they are well taken care of. You would be doing your company a HUGE favor by working with her! These guys do nothing. They review themselves on here. There's nothing good they do. They don't notify you anything. They don't do ANYTHING. You can't even upload certain documents.

Karly Mulligan has been a pleasure to work with She was extremely responsive and did a great job explaining things to someone not familiar with the trucking industry. My only issue with Foley was the frequency of the random drug screens that were established (far more than required) and the automatic renewal process that I felt was forced on our Company. This was not Karly's issue and she worked with me to get this resolved.

AWESOME COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE. My husband and I are starting our own Box Truck business and Christine Deziel at Foley Services has been a big help. She has guided us every step of the way to ensure we get started smoothly. She responds very fast to calls and emails. I am very happy with this company and everything Christine has done for us. Always ask questions and go by what Foley Services tells you to because if you are not careful you will spend money on stuff you don't even need. Foley can definitely get you started in the right direction beginning to end!!

Karly Milligan is super responsive and helpful

Long time Foley customer, they help us to meet the compliance for CDL drivers' random drug/alcohol testing, although sometimes the same people are selected "randomly" but the program works. Any issues with accessing online invoices or selecting an alternate random have been handled. Our client representatives have always enthusiastically been available, as the Foley staff that answer the phones. Their online portal could use some fine tuning, as it has not been explained how to update items that need so-called attention.

I spoke to Trina today!!! I talked about helpful, aww man. She is informative and above all else patient. I was all over the place with my questions bc I didn't know what I wanted answered 1st. Trina walked with on the call answering every question I presented. Thanks Trina.

What can I say about Karly? It was time for my first audit and I didn’t know where to begin and felt quite overwhelmed. However, when I spoke to Karly she took the time to explain step by step what I had to do and reassured me that I was going to do fine.
She’s beyond helpful, she has a great personality and what the BEST at what she does.

I call for help, everyone whom I speak with filters me back to my representative, I have tried my representative many times and I never get a response. I am not completing my alerts because I do not know what information is required and where to upload the information so the alerts will clear. I need someone to ask questions and get answers and there is no one.

Karly's response time is incredible. She is always available to answer questions. Looking forward to working with Foley on more of our DOT needs.
