Not producing 98'C water as advertised..

Initially Fohen sent a hot water tank that produced 78'C, this was replaced with a hot water tank that now produces 82'C, no where near the 98'C they advertise. I need to microwave every single drink to bring it up to temperature. I have asked for a refund for both the tap and the extended 5 year warranty. No response whatsoever ever after 5 weeks so I am now taking legal action for recovery of the tap and the extended warranty.
