DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS!
I had to as they bought a local comms business I was in contract with. They have overcharged me significantly over the last 9 months and owe my business upwards of £1300. I have raised this with them early February and cancelled by DD. I have sent a further 7 emails chasing and all I have received back is threatening emails to cancel our broadband...
Still no contact....3 months and counting.....

We had a catch up with Adam Hamilton from Focus Group to work out our new phone system and it went really well. Adam talked us through every step and explained what was needed to help us understand the system. We are happy with the outcome and know that the call centre is just a phone call away.

So bad, you have to laugh…
My business phone line was down for an entire month. Not a day. Not a week. A full month. Impressive, really.
Naturally, I then received the invoice… in full. Apparently, the idea of a phone line is chargeable now.
I left a Trustpilot review and was told to call Emily to discuss. I did. Emily was busy and promised a call back. I’m still waiting—perhaps it’s coming via carrier pigeon.
I then submitted a formal complaint, checked they had received it (they had), and was told I’d get a response within 10 days.
That was optimistic.
No reply. No follow-up. Nothing.
If you’re looking for a company that charges you for services they don’t provide and then disappears when you ask about it… look no further.
Otherwise, I’d strongly suggest staying well away.

Jamie Bonner has been super helpful with regards to our office move. He has gone above and beyond to help make sure we have the correct broadband set up for our new office. He has been very patient with me, especially considering I am not technically minded. He explained everything clearly and I am confident that we have been given the best broadband option we could have.

I signed up for internet and phone services over 8 weeks ago, and the installation is still not complete.
At the time of signing, I was assured everything would be up and running within 10 days, especially as I signed with a manager present. That promise has been completely missed.
Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating:
- The first installation appointment was a no-show
- The second was marked as “no one available,” which is simply not true — I am the owner of a café that opens at 8am, and I was there myself from 7am that day
The installation date has now been moved multiple times, and after countless calls, no one seems to know what is going on or take responsibility.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of care from both the sales representative and the so-called project manager, who have shown little urgency or accountability throughout this process.
This delay is not just inconvenient — it is actively affecting my business.
Overall, a very poor experience so far.

We’ve been clients for a long time, although I’m personally quite new to the system. I recently requested a training session to help me get to grips with it, and this was delivered by Robbie Holland. I was genuinely blown away by how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful he was.
Robbie took the time to work through all of my questions, while also correcting and configuring the system exactly how we wanted it. This would have taken me a huge amount of time to figure out on my own with my limited experience, yet Robbie extended the session, implemented the changes himself, and talked me through everything clearly as he went. He also ensured parts of the setup were future‑proofed, which was greatly appreciated.
As a result, when a colleague recently requested a change, I was able to access the system confidently and make the updates quickly myself.
For transparency, we have been reviewing the systems we use across the business. However, following this interaction with Robbie, we feel far more confident and satisfied with the service available to us, knowing we are in such capable and supportive hands.

The 1-1 training I received from Robbie Holland was great. I had a list of questions prepared prior to the teams call and Robbie answered them all. Worth working with the system a few days prior to the training to know what question to ask.
