Fiona is a breath of fresh air. I met Fiona by a recommendation, took an instant liking to her. I left the company who was supplying me just so I could have her looking after my interests. She is a very good person. She's like a wife. She drives me nuts until I've done my work to ensure a job gets done (in other words, she's thorough). Focus assured have been doing contract work for Parker Properties for 2 Years and we are very happy. We get regular calls to have our utilities sorted but we tell them that we are thrilled with our current company

Very happy with the service, Fiona has been great and very communicative. One small moan, I don't like being tracked with read receipts on emails! Otherwise outstanding service.

Both Jonny and Focus Assured have provided us with a professional and time sensitive service for our numerous gas and electricity accounts. They have provided us with comparison information using numerous companies and showed us how much savings we could earn by switching to other utility companies. Nothing is ever too much of a problem, they provide comprehensive information and they liaise between companies (old and new) so that when it came to switching energy providers it was a straightforward and uninterrupted process. Whenever we had a any questions Jonny would reply within minutes, find the answers and reassure us if needed. We would definitely recommend Jonny and Focus Assured to both friends and businesses in the future.

Fiona has consistently delivered savings on our electricity and gas and has also followed up with utility providers on our behalf when administrative errors have occurred. Highly recommended.

I deal with Carrie, Fiona and Kat extremely often and find them always willing to help me with anything I require their assistance with. Carrie in particular has been so helpful in resolving many issues we encounter within our business and she is always happy for me to pass on problems where she or another member of the FA team will always follow it through until the correct resolution is reached.
They make my life and others within the business so much easier and are lovely to interact with.

Sam Hames of Focus Assured assisted us in renewing our gas and electricity contracts. All the relevant paperwork was provided and submitted in good time with no hassle. This saved us a lot of time, leaving us to get on with our busy schedules. All our dealings with Sam were very professional, inspiring confidence in his expertise and knowledge. We moved to Focus assured around October 2017, and the level of service we have received from both Fiona and Carrie is exceptional. We have seen savings at various sites, but beyond this, any analysis or information we've asked for is done and delivered pronto. Couldn't ask for more.

Brilliant service from Sam. Sorted out my electricity contract without me having the hassle of doing it, very professional service . All the figures and analysis sent to me so it was easy to decide on the best deal and then Sam dealt with the paperwork... saves so much time. Highly recommend this company
