Focus have managed all our utility contracts over 14 sites for several years, making renewals seamless and stress free. Danny is super efficient and always goes the extra mile to sort out any issues that crop up from time to time. No hesitations in recommending Focus!

We recently fell foul of a less than honest energy broker that resulted in us having two energy contracts in place and were looking at being fined for being in breach of contract. We were recommended to speak to Fiona and the team at Focus Assured by the Craft Bakers Association who we are members of, and I am so pleased that we did. Fiona spoke to the right people, in the right places, at the right times and knew exactly what rules and regulations had not been followed and got us out of a very difficult situation. She was extremely helpful, very professional and its very rare these days to find people who put customer service at the top of their priorities list, rather than just getting an extra contract signed off for as much commission as possible. A First Class Service!

Danny and the team at Focus Assured have been exceptionally helpful in assisting us with various contracts over the years. Recently Danny helped us in securing a great rate on our water and electricity contracts which will give us stability in these unsettling times of the pandemic. Stable costs are important to us a family run business and we are now confident of our expenditure on our utilities over the next two to three years thanks to Danny and the Focus team.

Focus and Fiona always make the job simple for us. Fiona is polite and amusing which makes the experience acceptable and not the ongoing ordeal you get with other companies.
