dreadful experience
Sent by NHS as I have suspected detaching retinas. No one on reception, people being turned away because systems are down and they hav no idea why people are turning up or even who I s turning up. Big journey to get there and was told don't drive due to drops being needed: took a photo of each eye and said they will be in touch. No drops needed.
Absolutely appalling. A shambles.

This opticians is by far the best I have ever experienced. Diran is so professional and was so engaging and lovely to my children. He not only listened but seemed really invested and gave some great advice. I can honestly say my family and I will never go anywhere else.

Eyely recommended...
I was recommended to visit by my daughter. This being my first ever visit to an optician. Right from the start I felt at ease, these guys are friendly with no pretence and no pushy sales techniques. All through the consultation things were explained in laymens terms. All my questions were answered with honesty I thought. The whole experience was comfortable, interesting and friendly.
I definately recommend FOCUS EYECARE especially to first timers.
Another bonus is being next to Carpenders Park Stn. there is a public car-park, and disabled parking directly outside the shop. Easy 5 stars!!

Was recommended to a Focus Eyecare from the pharmacy in Carpenders Park who said was highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant professional service , made to feel comfortable , relaxed with everything thoroughly explained.
Meticulous eye testing , thank you very much indeed and would highly recommend anyone needing eyecare to pop in for free consultation.
