Bad service and no help

I moved to Kalundborg Municipality. I had heard that FOB has a flex list system where people who move to the municipality (within 6 months) will get priority treatment. I tried several times to contact them but no one from FOB would help me regarding this, so I missed the opportunity to get on the priority list.

After waiting for a year to get offers for apartments, I only managed to get one offer before the subscription ended. No notice or warning or anything. They just removed me from the list and deleted my account.

NOT recommended

I stayed a few months in an apartment where was a really bad and unsafe area!
After a long complication, I had to move out for some safety reasons. But FOB charged me for 4 months (about 25000 kr).
NOT recommended.
