first class service, very helpful people who gave me good advice,i had my sofa cushions refilled and they are very comfortable,

We needed some foam to bolster the back cushions of our sofa in the summer house. We spoke to Mark, who helped us with the best profile to use, how to size, allowing for any depression and the different types of foam available, advising which would be best for our requirement. Very happy with the end product and the service received. Tip - I would always ring them first to get their advice.

I was struggling to find cushions for our pallet furniture due to the awkward sizes and eBay proved very expensive and not suitable for the sizes we wanted. I found this shop and it was the best decision we made! John was brilliant in helping me choose depth and foam type and went above and beyond to make sure we had the foam ready to enjoy the sunshine! We now have the most comfortable garden furniture and couldn't have gotten it any cheaper. Thank you again. We will be back

I was quite unsure about ordering foam cushions online with no previous knowledge of the company, but I worried unnecessarily.

My first contact was Terry who was so helpful, efficient and customer friendly that I did not hesitate in placing my first order. He also gave me clear instructions for checking measurements.

I spoke with Simon for my second order. He too gave terrific customer service together with advice on the quality of foam and finish. He also suggested I send the cushion covers directly to them as they were an odd shape. Second order and terrific results!

Mark updated me on despatch and expedited the final order just in time for Christmas - as promised.

after buying a new sofa on line that needed softer cushions i felt very apprehensive about buying on line again without trying first, so i decided to drive to their premises to feel the foam before i parted with my money, the directions google gave me involved major road works at the weekend so i found myself arriving a lot lot later than i should and they were closed ,luckily one of the staff were still on site and when i explained my situation he opened up for me (in his own time) and gave me excellent advice and help. although he coulded cut the foam then he measured the sizes and made up cushions in 2 different grades of foam so that i could try them out to see which i prefered when i returned on the monday .. i received good old fashioned customer service and i have no reservations in recommending them:- FOAMSHOP.ME.UK i did not go to the factory as i was to late but their shop is on oldham road (i think the area is called failsworth)
