This company is great to work with. Manuel was kind, fair and obliging to make sure our hat got delivered to Canada. The postal system was pretty slow in mailing it to us but it eventually got here.

They asked when I'd like the hat by and said anytime after 2/1 (I ordered on 1/20) so I chose 2/5. It's now 2/15 and no sign of the hat, no replies to emails, no refund, no tracking. I think I just lost out on $40 which is disappointing. Buyer beware!

UPDATE: They did respond now and offered me a full refund and even 25% off my next order. I appreciated their response and action.

Saw the episode on shark Tank when I came to the states ordered a hat. Didnt arrive before my departure and for unknown reasons they werent allowed back in their workplace til the day i was leaving. Offered to mail the hat overseas to me. I guess due to this pandemic i needed to allow for these types of things to happen. Manuel was very nice in his emails to me and they even refused to charge me the postage abroad.

After seeing the Shark Tank episode, I made note that these would be great gifts. I bought the cake hat and a couple of the "wigs" for my sister for her recent birthday, and we both love them! They came promptly, and I was excited that I was able to request a different bow color for one of the wigs, to match my sister's school colors! She got many great responses to a photo of herself in the cake hat. Thank you!

Product is great but took a long time
to get. I ordered the products around Thanksgiving and received them at the beginning of February.
