Don't order from FNP. I did the mistake. My order was sent to completely different location and had to pay the delivery person extra to get my already paid item. Customer service is complete waste. No contact number available only chat option. They will reply after 30 min and they closed saying order is scheduled eventhough my issue was incorrect delivery location from their part. I am not here to get refund for their shitty service but make others aware.

Absolutely pathetic service from FNP! I trusted you for a birthday surprise and you completely ruined it. The gift was not delivered on time despite placing the order well in advance. What’s the point of promising “same-day” or “timed” delivery when you clearly can’t keep your word? Never ever trust these bots who have zero empathy.

Very very a cheating app...ordered a cake today for my daughter's birthday not delivered at all and telling lie that they have attempted the delivery. No one has called and i have told them to door delivery and that too not done and iam following the customer service people regarding this and no one has taken the responsibility and the end of the day they are telling that no refund also. Definitely I will file a case in consumer court of this app on cheating many people like this .

Had requested for flowers to delivered on Valentine’s Day, however the business would not deliver, as they couldn’t contact the receiptent, I received multiple confirmations that they would drop it off at the hotel concierge and that the hotel would provide to the person.

However after 8 calls across 5 days no solution, and the business is declining a refund

I had a disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals.

I placed an order for a Valentine's Day gift for my spouse to be delivered on February 14th. Unfortunately, they didn’t process the order until I had to reach out through customer chat, at which point they attempted delivery the following day.

When we refused the delivery and requested a refund, they marked my order as “delivered.” It’s unclear what happened to the gift after that, as it felt like they just provided a false status update to close the loop.

To add to the frustration, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach. I attempted to contact them several times but received no meaningful responses, support, or accountability. It’s as if, once they have your money, they have no interest in providing any service.

This experience completely undermined the purpose of the gift and left me feeling frustrated. Their delivery tracking is misleading, and overall, their service has proven to be unreliable.

I would strongly advise against using Ferns N Petals if you value your time and hard-earned money.

I booked 2 bouquets to be delivered today 3pm and paid extra for the specific delivery time slot. They changed it to 7pm and then called me at 6 to say they cant deliver before 11pm tonight! What the hell will I do with 2 bouquets at 11!!

We ordered cake for birthday but cake was having bitter taste. We made multiple complaints but we didn't get any response. Never ever order cake or any food item from fnp. They're cheating.

Poor services they are fraud also reaching to costumer support is so annoying and slow I ordered cake and orchid pack they delivered flowers only at the same time cake is not delivered he left flowers at door step without asking otp and leave I’m trying to calling and connect with them 2 to 3 hours still they don't have proper solution about the concern also delivery partners number was wrong so can’t even connect with him. Please don’t buy anything from fnp also don’t pay in advance they are fraud I have all proof against them…

Their customer's support is pathetic,and never trust them plz, cz whenever you will order something for the special day , so they can just ruin your day, and also if you complain to them, they will just try to close the tickets overall by saying lies like they just refunded or they will deliver a cadbury celeb with a apology letter and things like that when they close it, then they dont give a shit,

Dont be cheap for just buying from here, you can just go outdoor, there are plenty of good, trusted,reputable bakery shops so find it, and I Will AGAIN SAY NEVER RUIN THAT SPECIAL DAY FOR WHICH YOU ARE ORDERING, BECAUSE MEMORY MATTERS MORE THAN PRICE, IF YOU RUINED YOURSELF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO RESOLVE it, and refund it

They never delivered the order nor provided refund. Their customer support team is terrible Keep raising ticket complaints and then don’t do anything. I am never gonna trust them again.

Booked a delivery for 8am-6pm, no contact from this company between this time. I told them to leave at security due to leaving for work at 7pm.

The driver tried to deliver at 8pm and did not leave at security.

I have tried to contact FNP by Facebook Messenger, 2x WhatsApp Numbers and 2x email address with no response.

They marked my order as “attempted delivery”, but no one came to my house and I never received a call. Not even a missed call. No doorbell, no message, nothing. Just a false update to make it look like they did their job.

What makes it even worse is that their customer service is completely unreachable. I tried contacting them multiple times and got nowhere — no proper response, no support, no accountability. It feels like once they take your money, they simply don’t care.

This ruined the whole purpose and caused nothing but frustration. Their delivery tracking is misleading, and their service is unreliable and dishonest.

If you value your money and time, avoid Ferns N Petals. I will never order from them again.

This has been such a rubbish service. To start with i made a payment which has not shown on their side and after emailing them they said i need to make the payment again as it’s not shown. I made the payment and ordered thinking they would resolve my issue but had no response. Fast forward today I ordered some flowers and a gift for my Gf for valentines and waited the whole day for it to come but now I received an email saying they cannot deliver it today. What a piece of crap this company is. I am attaching the screenshot of the first payment made. You will not be able to review a product that you just purchased. There is absolutely no easy way to do this. I even tried chatting with them to leave a review but with no luck.
But you will find amazing positive reviews for all products. This leads me to believe that they all are fake. A dishonest practice. You do get a survey after the purchase, but responding to that survey does not appear anywhere on that product page. So future customers are lead to believe it is of great value.

If I need to talk about the quality, I don't know where to start. I ordered a table photo frame where the photo hangs. The photo tile itself was not cut properly. It is just a rectangle but for some reason, they cannot cut in a straight line. And it was not hung properly in the frame, so it is tilted to one side.

Worst site ever. It spoiled my order for 2 consecutive years when I ordered he'll expensive cake costing around 3k along with flowers and gift, total costing around 7k, both years it delivered wrong order giving me some cheap cake like local market which I could have bought for 500 max .. also the customisation expected on cake was wrong both the times. Also saying midnight delivery they charged extra 250 charges and delivered cake at 11pm itself. Spoiled surprise last year.
This is really pathetic. Moreover their customer care is so worst that even if u spend 4 to 5 hrs, no one will respond to you making sure you never get solution on issue u raised.
I would never again order myself from them nor will recommend anyone else.
They are big cheaters so beware before wasting your money.
