I had ordered a cake and a gift for my friend’s birthday and chosen delivery slot 7 pm - 11 pm. I got a message at 9 pm that delivery attempted and recipient not available. I had to call my friend to check and tell her that I had sent something. She confirmed she was at home whole day and no calls or delivery attempt was made. The surprise was gone for a toss. I have to chase their team for refund as they say that they are investigating the matter. The biggest thing was that their customer team itself is not able to reach the delivery partner team. If you want to surprise anyone please don’t order on their platform. It’s gone bad.

I booked a slot with Premium Rosy wishes with Guitarist for 10-15 min for my birthday lunch and was clearly informed by their helpline that after payment, the singer would call to confirm the song list and timing. Despite completing the payment, no one contacted me till the next day.
I repeatedly tried reaching out through their WhatsApp helpline and email. Each time I was told they would revert in 2 minutes, but there was absolutely no response. By the time lunch started and guests had already arrived, there was still no communication from their side.
Shockingly, the singer called only after the lunch was over—completely pointless and unprofessional. I asked for a refund due to their total failure to deliver the service, but there has been no response till now.
This was a special birthday occasion, and their poor coordination, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers ruined the experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this service.

I am writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment about my recent experience with FNP - ordered for Gurgoan delivery (Ferns N Petals), which has completely tarnished their reputation in my eyes.
The Incident:
I ordered flowers and a cake for a highly respected gentleman's birthday celebration on January 15, 2026. As a gesture of thoughtfulness, I informed the birthday celebrant in advance that I would be sending a cake. I made full payment on January 12, 2026 – three days in advance – to ensure everything would be perfect for this special occasion.
What Went Wrong:
1. Failed Delivery Promise:
The delivery window for the cake was 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Flowers were delivered on time (the only thing that went right)
At 1:10 PM on January 15th, the cake was still not delivered
2. Payment Nightmare:
When I checked the status, I was shocked to see the order was "on hold due to non-payment"
This was absurd since I had made full payment on January 12th
I immediately sent them proof of payment
3. Endless Waiting & False Promises:
They kept me waiting until 2:00 PM, repeatedly saying "they are trying"
When I finally demanded a refund, only THEN did they suddenly call
4. Product Unavailability:
After all this chaos, they informed me that the cake I ordered wasn't even available
They casually suggested I order "some other cake" - as if this was acceptable service!
5. Pathetic Customer Support:
I waited on their chat for 40 minutes with a message saying "an agent will come live to help"
Nobody helped – only standard automated replies kept appearing
No human intervention, no accountability, no urgency
The Impact:
This was not just any order – it was for an honorable gentleman's birthday celebration. I had informed him in advance about the cake, which made the situation even more embarrassing when it didn't arrive. The entire celebration was affected by FNP's incompetence and lack of professionalism.
My Conclusion:
FNP is NOT the same company anymore. Their services have deteriorated from bad to worse. The combination of:
Payment system failures, Inventory mismanagement, Non-existent customer service, Broken promises, Complete lack of accountability, makes them absolutely unreliable for important occasions.
I will NEVER order from FNP again in special moments.

I chose this app because it promised delivery at the selected time slot, but even though I selected the 7–11 pm timing for my fiancé’s birthday surprise, the bouquet was delivered early at 5:30 pm when he was not at home and someone else had to take it, which completely ruined the surprise and left me very disappointed with the service.”

My only request is we trust ur service and use it as you promise timely delivery, when we r not near our close ones we want to show our love that's it. This is the follow up review on Jan 2 IST for my previous one, on 18th dec 2025, they replied to my review saying they have made note of my order number and are getting it checked right away on 18th dec 2025. On 20th dec 2025 I have received the following mail-
We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you had with us.
We tried to call you on 8015869028, but number was not available to receive incoming calls.
To assist you, we would like to offer you FNP Cash of Rs.199. Additionally, we will provide an extra 5% FNP Cash, which you can use for your future purchases. Please note that the extra 5% will be valid for the next 30 days from the date of issuance.
This is how they reply to all complaints and make us spend more money but nothing changes.

Worst service,they are smart with no reviews section to be found easily.if there was a rating for -100 I would gladly pick that up without 2nd thought. This is not the 1st time, last year I booked cake for the same date they delivered it too late to my father in law, then i booked a cake for my friends birthday on aug 6 th on specific time slot(order no.60617826) but they delivered it 1 week ahead, i booked a cake and laddu( order no.65877551) for my in laws wedding anniversary they did not deliver laddu till date. then i booked a gift for a friend to be delivered on Dec 5 (order number. 66159791) but they delivered that on October and said that's delivery partners mistake, then now I booked for my father in law's birhday which is dec 16( order no. 68491205) it's not yet been delivered and today is dec 18 2025, 8.30pm.
Am in US so if I book complaint they will say they tried contacting me in India number and I did not attend so the ticket is closed. If i reply with the ticket number giving them the details of my US contact number and Iam reachable by mail any time they don't bother to reply. If we keep bugging them and accidentally they come across the mail they will say sorry we can't do anything so will give u 10 or 15 percent discount in next booking. They will never sort the issue. They don't have customer care number which can reach them easily. Such a worst application with stupidity.

I would have given 0 rating if it is available. Worst customer service, they will not resolve the issue but keep on asking 'may i help you' quotation. If delivery cannot be done, order has to be cancelled but they will not cancel the order nor deliver the order. Worst website to order anything from. Never never never trust. If contact is not reachable, should ask for another contact and when address is mentioned clearly, they are very lazy to find the address. They dont know how to use the google maps and we sre living in AI world, they dont know how to find address on the planet. Never gonna order again nor recommend to others.

Appalling from start to end.
I made a last minute order to be delivered to family for Christmas. First I was contacted to say the (very overpriced) product I ordered was not in stock for Christmas delivery and asked to change it for another, much lesser product, for the same price. I agreed only because I was guaranteed Christmas delivery. I paid extra for quick delivery.
It's now been 4 days after guaranteed delivery, the product never arrived. The recipients have left the delivery address.
FNP has taken no responsibility, simply replying the delivery will be late, at least a week after the promised date, if at all. Nothing as ordered or promised. No recourse or option to cancel the order and get a refund for a product I never wanted, arriving days after the holiday, to an address in which the recipient will no longer be at.
After days of trying to get a manager and recourse I am exhausted and given up on the wasted nearly 300 GBP. I recommend staying away.
