FMG Hull is excellent in every way
We recently had our MG repaired at the Hull branch and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the quality of the work. The staff were extremely helpful and kept us informed about the work every step of the way. We can’t praise them enough, and the courtesy car they supplied was excellent too.

They wrote our car off after them attempting to repair a dent
They took our car in to repair a dent and they broke something that made the car leak engine coolant, they drove it back with no engine coolant and wrote the car off. They then denied it was their fault. These people are scammers and frauds, this shop is borderline illegal, AVOID AT ALL COSTS to save them breaking your car.

The ability to speak with someone as opposed to the emails and portals which can be stressfull. Katie was very helpful and flexible with us when it came to booking in and arranging courtesy car drop off and collection aligned to the collection and drop of my car.

Users of their repair service are directed to check progress through their online App. We did this and then received a text message from FMG confirming completion of our repair. This was followed by emails from insurer and the curtesy car hire company confirming a completion date. Then a phone call from the hire company to arrange the hire car collection. The workshop actually carrying out the repairs were mystified. All this was to happen 16 days ago.....good job we weren't holding our breath our repairs are still not complete after 9 weeks!
Good , reliable company. Head Office did not give accurate information when I rang the given number, but the Accrington branch had facts at their fingertips.
From start to finish, I was kept informed of progress.
All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I did not, of course, deal directly with the people doing the repair but I am impressed with their efforts. There is no sign at all of the damage. The cost was not prohibitive . I was provided with a courtesy car which was as like mine as they could. The repair was perfect. Hats off to all involved.
Excellent service at the Leamington Spa…
Excellent service at the Leamington Spa branch. They didn't have a courtesy car available for a week so instead sent someone to my house to look at the part and colour needed (wing mirror) so they could order it. Once the part came in, they picked up my car, repaired it and dropped it back within a few hours. They kept me informed throughout and overall a great experience. Will definitely use them again!

FMG repair services Hereford.from the first phone call from Tracey in Hereford to the delivery of a car to use while my car was being repaired and the completion of the repairs was first class. Would definitely recommend this Garage to anyone. Highly professional services by everyone at the Hereford FMG garage.

Car was damaged, the service was amazing, was kept informed of when the different parts of the damage was being repaired.

Stourbridge FMG was the repairer it was not on the list.

Still no response or communication back from FMG repairs after the damaged my car whikst repairing it, im still £450 out of pocket. The work they did do was also poor standard. Been emailing for weeks, Crewe branch, they just say its with the site manager. Absolutely horrendous.
Gave them plenty of opportunities to respond. Letter before action incoming and small claims court, then CCJ against them, but i wont stop.
They have now blocked me on social media, when I looked from another account they have disabled comments so that my negative comments cant be seen. AVOID AVOID
First class service
FMG were the repair company nominated by my insurance company following a non-fault car accident. They have delivered a first class service from start to finish. Efficient, professional, kept me updated with progress, and always polite and courteous. Great service from everyone involved and made a stressful situation just that bit better.

from the start, staff and reps were courteous and well informed, the courtesy car was ok but then I didn't expect like for like (my own car was a range rover velar in for repair) it did the job with no issues. as for the repairs (a badly damaged passenger front door and passenger rear door) I could have thought it was a new car and they just swapped number plates, I couldn't tell where the repairs started and the rest of the bodywork finished, fantastic paint job and match, first class job. I would highly recommend FMG ( this was the sheffield branch ) and would gladly take my car there for any future work. many thanks...

After having an accident in my car FMG Mitcham were so professional in dealing with my repair. Josh collected my car and was very informative in explaining everything in a very kind and pleasant way to put me at ease -and also when delivering my car back so thank you for your help Josh. The lady on the telephone was always very friendly when I called and so helpful. I’m so grateful to have my car back looking like new and so clean inside and out.

The only reason for a 4* is that the system itself is misleading and giving you dates of completion that are not accurate. Its best to call and speak to garage directly and not pay attention to updates.

I am not someone who would normally write a review - only choosing to do so if the service is exceptional or so poor I feel the need to warn people. This is the latter!
I have been advised of four dates that my car would be ready - each have passed with no contact from the company.
I drove to the location to ask for an update in person - to be advised they could not give me a timeframe and that I should not listen to updates on the portal as they do not control it????
Two months since my car was delivered to them and i am none the wiser.
If you get to choose repair go elsewhere - if you don't just be warned the service is poor

FMG came and picked the car up. When it was in there hands they text me to say at each stage what was going on. When they had finished the job FMG rang me and told me when I would like the car delivered. The car was cleaned and vacuum throughout
Did exactly as promised.
They collected our car when the said they would, they dropped off a courtesy car, they delivered the car back to us when it had been repaired and collected the courtesy car. All with good communication and minimum fuss. The staff were professional and the repair was spot on.

My car needed repairs for accidental damage at Hereford, my car was collected from home, I was kept up to date with the repairs, Tracy was more than helpful on the phone with all the arrangements, phoned when work was completed, I had a courtesy car, gentleman brought my car back to my works, and returned the courtesy car, I’m over the moon with the service I received.
