Not only the module does what it is supposed to do, we have a complex setup and we saw some conflict.
The support from the creators was there, they solved the issue, allowing for a specific requierement that we have regarding limits on the gift wrapping.

There was a problem with the module, and with IP restriction in order to access and fix it. But after some days the IP restriction was disabled and they made some research about the module problems. At last, the problem was not from the module, it was some bad .htaccess configuration. Good service and support. Thank you.

I bought the Static Blocks module to replace a competitor's module that failed to work with my new PS8 template (and received non-existent subscription support). The module did everything expected and I easily reproduced the custom texts I had previously, plus new ones. I encountered a small bug with the block conditions and reported it. I don't have FTP active on both our dev and live sites and I thought this was going to be a problem for the support team. I was a little concerned by a hearing nothing for nearly a week. However, they came back to me with a new version of the module to test, and it fixed the issue. No hesitation recommending!
