Hidden charges, Do not use

Very informative course, not quite beginner level due to the amount of content that needs to be covered.

The online training was very clear and informative.

Classes we good, just wished we were able to get that hands on experience. Though this is what I’m doing at work, I wanted the experience for myself. It was overall a great experience though given our current circumstances.

I was impressed with how interactive a Zoom lecture could be. The experts were all extremely prepared, and most of them were very adept at teaching by Zoom. In fact, because the lectures took place in the experts' own home and/or studio, one expert was able to show us his exact setup for video podcasting, which was the best demonstration of how to do it (better than trying to explain it in a classroom). There were very few technical issues, but when there were, the facilitator kept the audience engaged until the lecturer was back online. I learned a lot, and I definitely will engage again with lectures put together by Future Media Concepts.

I have taken 2 Avid training combo courses with FMC, which is equivilent to 4 Avid software courses in all. The courses were presented very clearly and the demonstrations were very helpful. Both of my teachers went above & beyond, in helping me to get a good handle on the material. I felt much more confident, in my knowledge of the software after the classes, and I was able to confidently secure my Avid Media Composer User level certificate soon after that combo class. I just barely finished the ProTools class, and I am already much further along towards my goal in becoming certified with ProTools as well. Thanks, FMC, for being an affordable and fast option for older, working students, and thanks for making the learning process easy and very convenient.

All in all, it was a great event with lots of good information. The only glitch was from a technical aspect, some of which probably could not have been avoided. Hope you'll consider offering this in the future, even if NAB goes live again.

I enjoyed every session!

The FMC conference that I attended updated my knowledge of audio/video production as well as social media marketing. I met with great instructors and attendees on line and look forward to attending in the future.

Enjoyed the online experience. The presenters really put in an effort to provide as much information as possible, and to make the content enjoyable.

Not as good as I had hoped. Many of the sessions assume a beginner level of knowledge or try and cater for both beginner and intermediate level of experience and knowledge which doesn't really work too well. There are of course, always some great nuggets of information to be gleaned but you have to wade through many hours of material in order to get these nuggets. It would be better if there were classes designed for differing levels of experience from beginner through to very experienced so that more people could get more out of them.

I like being able to watch the many sessions I missed. I'm just disappointed that some of them aren't showing there is a recording and of course its some I really wanted to watch.

The offerings were diverse and so interesting. And love the ability to go back and watch what I had missed.
