Good customer support
I got good customer support help as I was missing hand luggage to my order. We found out the issue (luggage was only added one way) and got it resolved (I got to pay extra to add for the return flight as well). They were friendly and responded quickly!
I find the hand luggage prices a bit too high and think that its possibly cheaper to book this directly with the airline, but thats a learning for my next booking.

Never use Flysmarter
On 25th March 2020 the flights for a party of 4 from Europe to South Africa were cancelled due to the Corona virus. Since then I have been involved in a never ending battle with Flysmarter to have my money returned or to obtain vouchers. To start with Flysmarter pointed to the airlines and maintained I should be refunded by them. The airlines in turn pointed to Flysmarter indicating that they would refund them and Flysmarter would then refund me. Trying to rebook the flights via Flysmarter failed as they did not respond. I have now established that at least one of the airlines involved have refunded Flysmater. Flysmarter's response was that they are still busy checking with the airline (5 months after the cancellation!). I would advise to never ever use Flysmarter, they are completely incompetent.
