i booked a ticket yesterday and scammed
i booked a ticket yesterday and confirmed. today (17.08.2024) i got a email saying that my airline cancelled the ticket and its not possible because its AIR INDIA and they never cheat. So, I am planning to take this to higher level and take the issues with Sweden authorities, german cyber crime and europol if this is not addressed by on Monday (19.08.2024). Based on the reply on 21.08.2024: To flysmarter: If you face technical problem thats your issue. Further, i could still see you are selling the same ticket in a different price. It is very clear that you are holding customer's money for a day to increase the ticket price then blaming AIRINDIA. AirIndia never cheats like this and it is confirming that you are a cheater

Flysmarter's customer service was quick and efficient in helping reschedule a flight which had been cancelled by the airline and managed to swiftly rebook me to another day of my own choosing (airline had only offered one incompatible alternative on the same day).

I wanted to change a flight i had booked a day ealier. This is a dreadful task with most OTAs. But not with Flysmarter - within less than one hour upon my email reply to their initial booking confirmation, i was sent the new ticket with updated flight date. On a Sunday morning! Many thx to the service team! The have been very helpful and finally succesful to get the money back for a basically non cancellable flight for a group of 4 people after a death incidence in the family 3 days before the planned trip.

No words, untrustworthy, you don't get what you pay for. Just not worth it, avoid at all costs.
worst agency
just the worst travel agency I ever had to deal with.
they are rude all the time; they want to get paid extra for every little bit of service they do on a booking; they want to get paid for returning the money of a cancellation that they themselves initiated; they sometimes just outright lie so they don't have to give services; they lie about airline service charges to make some extra money;
for a straightforward booking where you don't need any service it's probably fine, but you never know if they just cancel your booking and take that extra money anyways. Other better providers are usually just a few euros more expensive.

Avoid if you can
We paid premium service and they do not respond beyond 5pm as their offices were closed. Our first flight got cancelled two days before our departure. We were in panic mode and the only solution they offer us was to cancel the trip, when actually there was a clear alternative to solve the issue.
FlySmarter told us they spoke to the airline when they didn’t. We called the airline which confirmed they were never contacted by them. Only after us calling the airline the situation was resolved.

Good money saving experience with smart filter options, everything worked smoothly. I would prefer a profile based shop system, where your data can be stored and reviewed, including invoices and booking references.
Surprisingly Quick Response to a Booking Problem!
The flight prices were difficult to navigate, but when the booking went awry, they responded super quick and were very helpful - even though it was a weekend! I was pleasantly surprised!
