This case was not straight forward due to all sort of changes by LH on the day of delays, but I am very pleased that Flypenge held on and stood by me. It took about 2-3 years to finalize the case, which in the end Flypenge won for me.

Stay way. They will only handle the easy cases, which you easily handle yourself without the fee to Flypenge. They will pretend to take the difficult cases where they are actually needed, and then return after a lot of follow up to conclude they can not handle the case = you have lost a lot of time.
In our case, its was simple, then the flight was delayed more then 20 hours, but since origin of the flight was Nice, then it took Flypenge 10 months to inform us, that they could not handle the cases out other countries hand than Denmark. Originally they accepted the case

It supposed to be the same this time, but to my surprise, after almost two years, I got the good news that I succed in the claim. It took a long time, but gave me more confidence in using legal means to get compensation.

They helped me getting a compensation for a cancelled flight with Lufthansa. It was a difficult case that lasted more than 1 year, but finally I got some money back. The claim process and the communication with the Flypenge staff was very easy.

We had a big delay due to cancellation of flight.
According to EC Regulation 261/2004 from February 17th, 2005 (handed out by Swiss at the transfer counter) there are compensations for delays by more than 3 hours for 400€ / person for flights between 1.500 km and 3.500 km.
Swiss was not (never) going to give us any compensation. Flypenge made sure we got paid approximate 400€ on 11th of July 2023. It took a long time, but we got a compensation.

I contacted flypenge, when my flight got cancelled because of a pilot strike and the flight company didn’t want to pay any compensation and I ended up having to pay for a another ticket last moment with another flight company to get back home. I have received my compensation now thanks to flypenge and I m very happy with the over all process and even though these kind of cases can take a long time I still think it is worth the wait.
