THEY ARE A SCAM , DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM ! THEY HAD ME WAITING FOR A TICKET FOR 9hours and when they sent me the tickets they said I couldn’t fly because it was a scam

I liked samuel service...but I had soo many issues while traveling like paying extra for bags although I paid through you guys and I landed in a wrong airport i had to book cab catch train to get to my exact location. I got a refund of 80 dollars where I spent 300 dollars extra although samuel service was really good I expect the company to give me more refund or correct the situation

Samuel is the best! This is my second time working with him and he always goes above and beyond. Even though I never received my ticket while he was off, and his team kept telling me every hour that it was “on the way” without ever sending it, Samuel immediately stepped in once he returned. He responded to my email, helped me get a refund after I had to buy a one-way ticket, and also sent me my boarding pass to fly back home. He’s patient, professional, and makes sure everything is handled fairly. I highly recommend going through Samuel thank you, you’re awesome! Just make sure you catch him before his off days, because the rest of the team won’t send the ticket or respond properly.

They first charge $98 and after than they said the flight is alrea Sold out and theytry to charged $300 and after that they call me again and try to get my card info no manager available and really bad customer service

I got two different rides to the mci airport on two different days because my ticket was no good both times. I paid insurance on my ticket. The first time I was offered a credit to get another ticket. I have this company the benefit of the doubt and tried it. Only to be shamed again. I want a refund not a credit because I shouldn't lose my money due to your end of the agreement being fraudulent. The words from the lady behind the desk at frontier airlines. After I went through TSA and waited in line to get on a flight the ticket could not be validated for, said, "the ticket you purchased is fake and the site i got it from was a gimmick". They're words not mine. I'm prepared to contact the better Business bureau. I also have an attorney with a retainer in place. I want the money back on the card that was used to purchase this falsehood of a ticket. Or I'll be forced to take further action on pursuing what is owed to me and my mom who helped me purchase this ticket. Manuel helped me set this reservation up

My friend got a ticket to travel from San juan puerto rico to New York and they never confirme and change the ticket 3 time please don't buy whit that company no good

Please please do not trust this booking flight.
It’s a BIG SCAM please be aware of it. They will share the boarding pass as well but still don’t trust them. They will say you will receive a refund but don’t trust them.

What a shitty company. A total rip off and a SCAM! Same story as everyone else, they are complete CONS . they will send you fake confirmation thinking you have a flight and you wouldn’t even be in the system. Worst experience ever, I missed a concert due to this bullshit. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they give you the run around. they know exactly what they’re doing. I can’t wait until these scammers get a taste of their own medicine.
