unable to update payment information for days now. I think this is a way to charge late fees to customers. No phone number, slow response. Is this company legit??

Refund received

I have recently received my refund from flynow, admittedly I was originally frustrated due to the lack of communication between flynow and the third party who was used.

But with a bit of patience and speaking to the right agent this eventually did get sorted . Sofian was very helpful and always was there to answer any questions

Overall I was happy with my refund

I have emailed several times . My app saying I have available money to book my trip when I click to book is telling me unavailable to split plan.

I’ve always been doing my payment…

I’ve always been doing my payment before due date and this time for March payment I done my payment on the 16th of March which was a transfer from my bank. Payment gone through but for some reason the company didn’t receive the payment and start sending me text for late payment. In fact I paid 3 days before due date. I had to work the whole day with stress, very unprofessional. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Payment type change and Late Fee charges

My payment was through my bank account. My bank account was hacked and the bank cancelled my credit card. I finally received a new card. I have tried numerous of times to change my payment type and make my final payment, and it does not allow me to change it. All I owed was my last payment of $128.00, now they keep trying to get the payment through my old credit card and it won't go through (obviously cause card was cancelled). Still I cannot make payment and they keep adding late fee.

Thieves

My flight was cancelled last December. Since then I've been fighting tooth and nail to try and get my refund from this company. Despite being told I would have received my refund by now - over 3 months later! - that hasn't happened. What's worse is they ignore all emails. Their live chat team in the Phillipines close chats without answering. Their phone lines automatically hang up on you. All this, plus they're now threatening me with late payment fees unless I continue to pay for a cancelled flight that should have been refunded already.

Avoid this company like the plague.

No refund. I've aged many weeks since

They received my refund from travelup back on the 14th Feb,
Still waiting for them to refund me now, I sometimes get a response to my emails and it consists of saying a lot but saying nothing.
"We still don't have an answer for you" now they've just resorted to ignoring me for the past week.

Customer Service non-existent

Customer Service non-existent. Wanted to change payment date and was requested to raise a ticket through the app. The app has a bot system and once the ticket goes through, you get confirmation that your query will be responded to within 2-4 hours. Still waiting and had to raise a second ticket. Wouldn’t use them again. How do you resolve issues when you don’t have a customer service line or team. Also experienced payment issues last month with their system not taking payments - really don’t know what’s going on with

Why has the payment been changed to bank account.
These details don’t match and I’m not getting any late payments fees

Just like every other review

Just like every other review. No customer support, no one answering the phone etc... Sending me an emailing saying am late on payment and they were the one that did take the money out on time. Try paying with all my 3 cards and the app won't even allow me to. Now I have to pay a late fee which was not my fault. Scamming at its finest!!

Fly Now Pay Later replay is always the same, contact us so we can do the right thing and investigate what really happened in your case. I have already sent at least 10 to 15 emails to you. Not counting the emails you ignore, you are top notch liars and scams. The only thing that really matters to me is getting my money back. What is going on with the payments via the app? It is not okay that I have to pay via bank transfer - my bank has flagged up as dodgy and I’m being penalised for late payment.

Still no sign of the virtual cards…

Still no sign of the virtual cards being fixed. That being said the company does have a shocking business credit rating, classed as high risk, so I doubt these guys will be around much longer. They were set to be struck off companies house in August 2022, that was discontinued in September 2022. This info is all freely available on companies house.

Wast of time fly now pay later

It’s been almost 3 months that fly now pay later not working. Why give a credit limt and then when time comes it don’t work. I’ve sent so many emails same technical problems with fly now at the moment let’s see be honest it dose not take 3 months to sort this out. If you not gone operate anymore just be honest, wast of time you are.
