Would give this company-5 if I could! Made up lies to deny me and my 10 year old flight to Thailand by saying I needed permission off his mother (who had died) to travel as was new Thai immigration la... See more

Unbelievably the best cheap airline i could of asked for these stupid people who put up no food or drinks it was made clear they had none if u want a cheap airline this is the one unbelievably the best airline
Bargain Price May Not Be
Round trip tickets to Rome, Italy. Return flight delayed, then cancelled due to Norse operations event. Charged and paid for return flight, seat selection, bags checked. Flew home via another airline. Norse's policy NO REFUNDS. I paid for services not received and they kept my money. Learn from my mistake, a bargain is not always a bargain. If you opt for this airline, investigate if it is cheaper to add flight insurance or consider another airline.
Booked and paid for flight, for it to be cancelled two days before I travel and never reimburse me.
Booked and paid for flight. Two days before departure, on Christmas Eve, the return flight was cancelled. I've reached out Trip.com, where I booked the tickets, they told me to reach out to Norse.
Norse customer support is absolutely ridiculous. They have a chatbot that barely works and couldn't find my flight, then said an agent was going to reach out to me via e-mail, which they after over a week of waiting, just to tell me to fill a claim on their website.
I filled the claim right away, they said they would respond to it in 6-8 weeks, and it's been three months and I never heard anything from Norse ever since then. I've followed up several times via e-mail, the only contact option they have, waited after the due date, and they never got back to me.
I was never reimbursed for the flight ticket that was cancelled, and neither for the new flight I had to book that they asked me to open the claim.
Great service.
Great service.
Flight attendants amazing. I had never heard of this airline and prior to flying read the very mixed reviews but it was my best flight ever including both long and short haul ( I am a frequent world traveler).
Flight date 13th March 2026 from Bangkok to Manchester direct.
Great flight premium economy Cape Town London Gatwick
Flew premium economy from Cape Town to Gatwick on 3rd March 2026. Flight arrived 30 minutes early. Service from Rafael Forno and Joao Sustelo was outstanding throughout the long flight. Lots of attentive care for all passengers with a pleasure chatting with them. Left us wityh a great experience of Norse Airways. Will fly again.
A truly awful experience on many counts
Potential thieves and profitting off of a war!
We were very lucky to have booked a flight directly home from Bangkok prior to flights via the Middle East being cancelled. A few days before boarding our flight, we recieved an email to say that the flight was overbooked (due to the war) which resulted in stress and us turning up to the airport several hours earlier than we usually would. Once on our flight, another passenger informed us that the company was profitting off of others flights being cancelled by putting their prices up to over £1000 per seat which is disgusting. Payment was also expected for basic things such as blankets and headphones which meant a 13 hour flight with no entertainment. We were fed once within that time and were extremely hungry by the end of the flight with very little options for food to purchase (for a ridiculous price). Once I finally got home and opened up my checked baggage, I found that my jewellery case had been opened and all of my sentimental rings, bracelets and necklaces were missing. I have contacted the airline about this and after being passed from team to team I was basically told that jewellery should be packed into hand luggage so they couldn't do anything and would accept no liability. None of my jewellery had financial value but was very sentimental and the airline takes no responsibility. Seems like a great gig for staff - they can take things from trusting customers bags and theres no penalty. I am so upset about my jewellery and just want it back, I have collected it from markets from around the world and it means so much to me. I would never board a flight with Norse again even if they paid me and will be discouraging my friends/family from doing so.
4 months and no refund for a flight they cancelled
Booked a flight to New York on the 26th September 2025 for my sisters birthday. Outbound 9th December 2025 - 12th December 2025, for a total of £1,296.44 (with add ons). I get an email from Norse on the 15th November telling me my flight has been cancelled and we have been put on a flight for the following day. which meant we would have lost a whole day in New York and basically only gone for 1 full day, we would have also lost money on stuff we had booked to do out there. i decide to book a flight with British Airways - thank goodness they came to the rescue, but this came at a price of £1,177.84.
after researching for any kind of means to a customer service support line i had to fill out a compensation form which i did on the 18th of November - and provided my BA information so they could see what this cancellation had cost me. i was told to wait 6-8 weeks for a response, which in itself is laughable since they cancelled the flight i shouldn't have to reach out anyway, a refund should have been provided straight away, but anyway i thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for their reply.
as predicted no one came back to me after 6-8 weeks so i filled in a second compensation form - i was informed since this was my second request it would be taken more seriously and yet here we are another 6-8 weeks later with no response. i will be filing my third compensation form today, but if anyone has had any success in getting a refund i would love to know how you did it! to be honest, i don't understand how Norse is even a legal company.
i would also like to point out i stilled used my Norse flight to travel home on the 12th and only requested compensation for the outbound flight they cancelled, but still nothing.
Conmen - dishonest company who just dont care
I am chasing a refund from a flight from August 2024, they still haven't refunded me despite reselling my ticket - my wife was allowed to fly and she sat next to the new ticket holder. I emailed face booked and hand wrote to their Norway, Gatwick and London office - they have given me reference case numbers and done nothing - please get you act together and treat people like you would like to be treated.
Very good for the money no complaints…
Very good for the money no complaints will use again
Do not recommend for long distance flights
Customer service is the worst and with 26€ you get only one preorder meal with a fistful of food for 13h flight, and no water is provided whatsoever
Absolutely the worst airline we’ve ever…
Absolutely the worst airline we’ve ever flown with! No food, drinks, blanket, pillow or even headsets for a 12.5 hr flight from Bangkok, had to purchase the lot! On top of the airline absolutely profiteering over people whose flights had been cancelled due to the Middle East disruptions! Paid £2700 per person to get home even though people on the same flight / seats paid £800…..do not fly with this airline- should be ashamed of themselves!!!
Avoid at all costs
As a frequent Traveller to Thailand, we were delighted when this airline started offering direct flights from Manchester to Bangkok. Thats where the delight finishes. We were about to leave for the airport when we received the text, Flight cancelled.
No telephone contact number is available for this company. The flight was rescheduled the following day 14 hours later than planned. Even upon arrival, The flights continues to get delayed by the hour. After a further 3 hours delay we board the flight.
Since we submitted the claims for compensation, they originally outlaid a 8 week turnaround which is long in lead time, but we waited. And still continue to wait 13 weeks in.
This company avoid all forms of communications. No telephone, no human contact and no compensation for the delays, time lost and hotel costs. Since this incident, I have come across numerous pages where it seems no one gets their rightly owed compensation until they take this company through the CCJ route!
Poor poor poor
My baggage was damaged and the TSA lock…
My baggage was damaged and the TSA lock clearly broken into and an item stolen. But Norse won't accept responsibility - even though I had a TSA lock on my bag which TSA would have opened with a special key to avoid incurring any damage. Worst airline experience ever.
Do not fly with norse atlantic turned…
Do not fly with norse atlantic turned away at airport overbook all there flights and find any excuse to turn you away ask to speak to some for a refund of flight sent there AI because thats the only way to get intouch with them my email adress for somone to get intouch no response 2 weeks later shambles of a airline will never fly with them again
Do not book with Norse
I booked a return flight with Norse in January of 2026, and the day after I landed in Orlando, they emailed to tell me they had cancelled my return flight. If that wasn't bad enough, the earliest date they could fly me home was six days after my original return date. After 48 hours of constantly chasing them by email (they do not have a telephone number or live chat which speaks volumes), saying that I absolutely could not do that date as I had to be back in the UK, once I threatened legal action through the CAA, they eventually came back informing me I could book through another airline, which I did, and they confirmed that they would then cover the cost of that flight. I submitted the compensation claim as soon as I had completed the return flight to the UK, and over eight weeks later, I am still chasing them, and they just keep telling me that they're busy and have lots of claims, which in itself just goes to show how awful Norse are, that they've got so many claims because they'll just cancel your return flight. I know that lots of airlines have bad reviews, but I genuinely would never ever fly with this airline if you want to reach or get back from your destination without costing you a fortune.
Norse stranded me in New York for 3 days !
Norse stranded me in New York for 3 days when they cancelled my JFK-LGW flight. Making it worse, Norse doesn't have a phone number or email to get any help and their online chat is a worthless bot. Kept sending me to a page to get refund but no refund button existed!
Persistence lead me to sites for victims of Norse which educated me to the fact that I am legally entitled to get reimbursed for the 3 days and nights of expenses and my new airline ticket to get to my home city. Now there's a Norse victims claim form available that many passengers are using to request full reimbursement.
Great airline
Punctuality, Comfort and the cabin crew.
Easy bookings system.
Best of all was the departure and arrival times, just perfect.
Staff will bump into you every time they go by.
I wont go down the rabbit hole of how they Nickle and Dime you for every bit of 'comfort' which is often standard on ANY other flight.
The staff... on both legs of my flights the staff members CONSTANTLY bumped into me as they were going up and down the isles. This would wake me up on the precious little sleep one gets on a flight.
The same happened to my partner who is even smaller than myself (so disrespectful).
Our flight was also delayed by an hour. This caused the taxi 'bridge' to be late to the plane. The baggage reclaim was also slow - ultimately we then were only able to exit the airport after midnight, once public transport was now no longer available.
Having to fork out £100 for an uber to get home. Of course customer service still havent replied for their 'duty of care' responsibilities.
Oh and nevermind the 5 babies that surrounded us as we didnt pay +- £40 per a seat to be up front.
Will not fly Norse again.
