Awful! Do not bend to your eye shape, awful cut. Just don't buy them. I tried to complain and was told I was doing it wrong.

Definately not worth the money!
Not at all easy to apply or rather not possible, after sitting for sometime determined to get these expensive babies on, to my utter disappointment I still have not succeeded. Very disappointing purchase!

I ordered and paid for lashes that never arrived you have taken my money and not sent product. Its a scam. Don't fall for them taking your money.

Product not the same as the videos, looks cheap and impossible to use the applicator or to apply them yourself. Just not worth the price at all. Will not recommend.

Absolutely awful service, the lashes I bought (Simple and Natural) were not at all like the photos they had on their website, the packaging came ruined, even the company card came with a chunk missing! Once I requested a refund, on the very same day they arrived, I did not get a response for a week, turns out they had an email address they put out but they don't use, then I found another email address which actually got a response for. Once I asked them for a refund they told me since I had opened the boxes (to of course check if I had received the actual products they had published on their websites) but I did not try them on as they did NOT look at all like the products they promised. Not only this, but I received my products 11 days after purchased, when their websites also said 5-9 days, which may not be too far off, but made them too late to try them on for what I wanted to use them for. After explaining all of this to them, they offered me 20%, so £4 from the £21 that I had spent! And once you ask for a refund you can NO LONGER access their website. If I could give them anything it would be a 0/5 Stars!!

Dont buy these!! They use the videos from other lash providers.

They do not look natural, they have big magnates on the lash line. And the applicator does not work, as the lashes keep sticking to them instead of your lashes when putting them on.

The lashes are not evenly cut. There is no real difference in length between the classic and volume one. I have contacted them to return and refund the product, but they are beating about the bush asking me nonsense and have now stopped replying. Delay tactic. A set of 2 cost about R500-R550. It is a lot of money for a product this bad.

Poor. Ordered two sets, natural and simple. Not sure which is which as the box doesn’t say and both are VERY full, neither considered natural or simple. Managed to get them on easy enough after hunting for instructions online, one is about half a cm longer than the other, the short does not fit and my eyes aren’t big. Waste of money.

At the start I couldn't get the lashes off the applicator. It took me a while to realise there's a top and a bottom lash for each eye, once I figured out which was which it was a game changer! I also contacted customer services about the second pair of lashes and they were fantastic and sent me out a replacement set without any hassle

I really liked the quality of the product and everything included, the box to carry the lashes is very convenient, I love them !

Dreadful. Spent so long trying to get them applied, despite watching all the videos (there are no instructions included) after what seemed like hours, finally got them on. I look like ermintrude the cow! They do not even fit my lashes, the width is too short.
Reading about the 30 day money back, you cannot claim this if you have tried the lashes on! So just how you're supposed to see if they fit by not trying them on is beyond me! Save your money and shop elsewhere

I received the wrong product, but they came up with a suitable solution. They responded kindly and quickly.

They took longer to arrive than they said. The tracking doesn’t work. When they arrived they looked cheap and not at all like the advertisements. The QR code doesn’t work for the instructions. When I did finally get them on they looked awful. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money

The QR code for the instructions on the packaging doesn't even work, it's a double layer of lashes so looks thick and horribly fake. The applicator is quite wide, so one side will be sticking out, off of your natural lashes

Don’t waste your money! Absolute cheap rubbish. Bought a set for myself and a set for my daughter and all as bad. They don’t come in the same case advertised either, just 4 non shaped cheap looking lashes on a flat surface. They don’t click together properly on your own lashes, they stick to the applicator. Buy elsewhere, don’t fall for the videos like I did!

Absolute rubbish, took ages to come. The lashes are cheap and nasty. They don't click together at all. The customer service is awful, the tracking was non existent. Would have got better quality from Poundland. Never buy from these or recommend them to anyone else. Clown company for sure 🤬

I ordered two pairs of magnetic lashes from Flylash after seeing loads of glowing reviews and promises of easy application. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the hype.

Both pairs are really difficult to apply – they don’t click together properly and end up looking crumpled and unnatural. Definitely not as simple or seamless as the videos suggest. I won’t be using them. They also look pretty naff, cheap and nothing like the videos advertising them.

What’s more disappointing is the way they handle customer reviews. After receiving an email to leave feedback, I noticed that clicking the “sad face” just says “thank you” and ends there, whereas the “happy face” takes you through to Trustpilot to leave a public review. It feels like they’re filtering out negative feedback to keep their ratings high, which is really misleading.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Flylash based on my experience – both with the product and how they manage reviews.
