Good selection of products

Good selection of products, however, why can I order a ceramic bowl but not a cushion to be delivered to UK, says not allowed due to sharp parts, what sharp parts? And then there was a small jewellery box which one type could be shipped to UK but same one in different colour couldnt. Otherwise its not a bad store just wish it wouldnt show me the stuff I cannot have.

One of my favourite stores!

I have shopped in Flying Tiger numerous times, both in perosn and online.
The shops always have a great range, and I can never leave without buying something. I have never seen a store with such a versatile range. The stationary products are amazing, I don't know what I would do without my FT planners!
I have also ordered online several times, the package always arrived intact, with the products perfectly wrapped, unbroken ( mugs), and no order missing.
I am completely satifised with the quality and the range of the products, and will definately keep shopping there.

Online customer service…

I have always loved Flying Tiger and often went to their stores. I had never done an online order with FTC but couldn’t get to a store for some Xmas stocking fillers so thought I’d chance it.

It took quite a while for the items to be delivered - which isn’t too much of an issue but something to be mindful of if you are wanting things in less than 2 weeks.

FTC couldn’t fulfill all of my order - which I’ve noticed a few have complained about. Which maybe a review of your stock and fulfilment process wouldn’t go a miss. But again, not the end of the world and these things happen.

My main issue is that these items they couldn’t fulfill I have still been charged for. I do most of my ordering through Klarna as it’s a good middle man and allows for better control if there are orders with issues and tracking etc.
I have put the dispute through Klarna as you normally would, and this was rejected by FTC. I’m unsure why when they couldn’t fulfill the full order, so I was asking for a refund for the 2 missing items.

Klarna have tried to help and put my account back in to dispute so I can try and resolve this. But, after emailing FTC they keep batting back, rather than looking at my original order, acknowledging they couldn’t fulfill 2 items and adjusting the cost. They have directed me to my bank and Klarna who have all agreed until FTC confirm the exact amount they will not and cannot make any adjustments.

I’m really disappointed with FTC. As much as they are really putting the customer service training to use by using lots positive language to ensure negative language doesn’t get a bad reaction, it gets quite patronising. It also doesn’t take away from the fact your customers service online is pitiful and is just a filler. I’ve walked away at a loss as I don’t have the energy.

Luckily I’ve only even had good experiences in store, but this interaction has definitely left a bad taste and will be one I avoid in future.

Delayed Delivery - No feedback from carrier

Placed an order 27th Dec, as per their update the parcel would be delivered on 2nd Jan, I am still awaiting it, and I get no feedback and response to the emails I sent to them and their carriers as well.
At least I hope once I get the parcel hopefully tomorrow, nothing will be broken or missing.

My China bowls arrived smashed

My China bowls arrived smashed. Packaging at top of box not around items. Very thin cardboard box.
I love the bowls so have re ordered. I do hope the next packer does a better job of wrapping them.

Lots of kitsch plastic but nice dinner plates and table wear

I really liked lots of the table wear collection this festive season and feel they are upgrading their designs. I bought a 6 plate set of the red bow plates but feel the smaller plates could have been a tiny bit bigger. The glasses with the bow I wish came in red going with the dinner plate set rather than green but bought the holy glasses instead. But the quality could be better as the stuff is less durable and not scratch resistent. I also bought the christmas wreath printed 20 cm plates and the printing is already scratching off unfortunately. It would been great nevertheless to get matching cups and saucers to make it a proper christmas teatime set.

Crochet Kit Unusable

Bought a Crochet Your Own Penguin kit and it is utterly unusable. The pattern has clear mistakes. For instance, asking for an inc in each stitch from the previous round but giving the wrong expected number of stitches. So either the instruction is wrong or the amount of stitches is wrong. The examples of stitches given are all worked into the back loop despite no indication of this in the actual pattern. Pattern is extremely basic, meaning you need to have solid crochet knowledge to interpret it. Gives no instruction on standing stitches between rows, how to change colour, how to sew it together. Awful pattern and so disappointing as it's completely unusable. Have seen similar complaints with their other crochet kits.

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience – Broken product and poor service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent online order. I bought a gingerbread house for a holiday activity with my child, but it arrived completely shattered. My child was heartbroken as he had been waiting emotionally for this activity.

Toy grabber with no toys - misleading

Ordered the Toy grabber machine, very disappointed to see it didn't come with any toys!! Nowhere in the description does it say the toys (as pictured) are not included - it does note that batteries are not included. Really poor for something which cost £35 a shame because the grabber itself is excellent. Very misleading advertising

DO NOT ORDER THEY USE PAACK

Not great to be honest. Ordered Christmas gifts on the 28th of November. Paack have only just decided to deliver them today 19th of December after holding on to them for weeks. Why companies choose to use this company is beyond me ! So I have already been and replaced the gifts and the wrapping paper as it was far too late and now I’m stuck with paying for things I don’t need. I already did a charge back through my bank but expect this will be claimed back now the items have arrived all being many weeks late ! Won’t order again their products are pretty but they choose to use paack which isn’t indicated when you order.

Never again

Placed an order 26 November, estimated delivery date was 9 December. Before placing an order online I always check an estimated delivery date and if it suits me I order, and f not I look for alternative options. Today 17 December and order is still somewhere “on the way”. No way to track. No response from customer service, only automated “not to worry” emails. Absolute disgrace. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had

Lovely items, value for money and reliable delivery service

Ordered several small individual items to make a bespoke Christmas jewellery advent calendar for my daughter. The items were so lovely and really well priced and I will definitely buy from here again. Only downside was the length of time for dispatch was quite long but once they were posted they arrived quickly. Delivery was from Yodel who were great and the updates from them were good.

I placed an order with Tiger on…Order Never Arrived and No Response

I placed an order with Tiger on November 29th for delivery to Greece. The order was shipped on December 4th, but to this day it has not even arrived in my country.

I have contacted customer support twice via email to ask for an update, but I have received no response at all, which shows a complete lack of customer service.

The items were meant to be Christmas gifts, and it now seems very likely that I will never receive them. The stated delivery time is 6–9 business days, and due to Black Friday they mentioned a possible delay of an additional 3–4 business days. However, 8 business days have already passed, and the parcel has not even reached Greece.

Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and no transparency regarding the order status. I will not be ordering from them again.
