Biggest issue is I'm a petite person and the neck wrap is too large for my neck. To provide neck stability it pushes on my chin/jaw. Second, I would like to return but haven't received a response on how to. Third shipping was delayed.

Not an experience! I purchased 2 Fly neck pillows and they look and feel great but haven't had a chance to use it.
Looking forward to our trip in 3 weeks as we fly to Amsterdam hoping to experience a good night's sleep. Also purchased ear plugs.

I have been trying to get a refund since April 4, 2026. It took me over 1 week of calling and sending many emails before I could find out how to return this product because I can't use it. I returned the product and they received it April 16. It is now May 9 and I still have not received my refund.

Travelled to Europe last year. I never sleep on the plane.
The minute I put the flyhugz around my neck I feel asleep instantly. I also did not experience any jet lag.
I have recommended it to everyone I know who is travelling.

Not received order. Yodel ? appears to have left item on doorstep with picture of item being held in front of our closed front door. Delivery date/time changed by them. States delivered. Contacted yodel (not impressed) advised to contact flyhugz. Emailed flyhugz on 30/3/26 however have not heard and have not even received an acknowledgment of email.

Good luck getting a hold of them if you have an issue. I am trying to return a neck pillow, eye mask and ear plugs and have sent 7+ emails and 2+ requests thru their website. Respond within 24 hours??? What a joke. Don't buy from them, horrible customer service. I called their phone number to try to resolve that way and you have to leave a message. I'll be shocked if I get a return phone call.
**Update** I received an email from them asking me to review their product!! Obviously they aren't paying attention. I will continue to email them daily until I hear something.

It’s a scammed site. I ordered since March 3,2026 until now not receive.No contact number for the delivery and no courier name specified. Several emails sent to support but no reply receive.

As yet I have not tried it on a trip. However in the house I
become quite warm. I like the firmness which keeps my head from flopping. I’m trying think how to make an adjustment for air circulation. Just loosening the wrap leaves a gap for my chin to slide under.
The delivery service was slower than I expect but it’s here nonetheless.

Ship 24 delivery service is terrible. Don’t delivery it during the weekend! No contact information - very struggling to get a hold of someone. Failure. Had to pick up the package at work on Sunday evening. Geez.
Got BOGO. Both Smelly!!! I don’t recommend this. Will leave that out outside as long as possible. Won’t use them until this summer.

ORDERED BOGO AND GOT 1, EMAILED AND THEY SAID I ORDERED 1 WITH A FREE EYE MASK, DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EYE MASK. ASKED FOR THE SECOND ONE AND IF I COULDN'T GET THAT THEN I WANTED TO SEND BACK FOR A REFUND AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL

Honestly I was really excited for my fly hug pillows, I ordered mine during the BOGO deal promotion. I was expecting to get a pink one and a grey one In the mail, however that was not the case. When my package came in I realized that the BOGO deal was not honoured and only received the one pillow in the pink. Don’t get me wrong I’m still very happy with my pillow however, but being dishonest about a deal your promoting and not fulfilling the order requested put a sour taste in my mouth about this company and I don’t think I will ever order their products again or even recommend them to others. I’ve tried emailing them hoping to make things right however I’ve been feeling like I will never hear back. Truly a disappointed customer.
