I am a first time home buyer in this hot market. I honestly didn't think my offer would get accepted so quickly, but my first offer ever got accepted and it's all because of Lanette! The day that I got my offer accepted, Lanette reached out to me immediately and worked after hour to do extensive research on the home. After almost two months of working with Reali I had to discontinue my refinance application due to multiple errors by Reali and their vendors and miscommunications amongst all parties. While the rate was excellent there were so many mistakes I had little confidence the loan would be correct. Sounds like they are trying f to improve operations. Tread carefully and review ALL details.

When he compared the price of recent pending/sold homes, he also talked to the listing agents to get the best estimated price. When someone bid too high, he would give suggestions from his perspective. He was helping to save my money. Finally I got my dream house.

We used Reali in the hopes that the cash offer program would give us a competitive edge in the current sellers' market. Michelle Schafer was our agent, and she did a wonderful job. She did what was in our best interest at all times, was very communicative and worked diligently in getting our offer accepted. We were also able to get almost 10% over the asking price on the home that we sold via the "trade in" program. I highly recommend Michelle and the cash offer/trade in program.

Ron was a pleasure to work with throughout the home selling process. He had previously helped us buy a home, so this was our second time working with him. Ron demonstrated again why he is your go-to person; Ron is professional and detailed oriented while being cognitive of the big picture. Interactions with him are always very smooth; he provides his honest recommendations without pressuring you. This is very important because you want an agent who can speak their mind so that you can check your bias.

When we were thinking of selling our home, Ron put together a checklist for us to fix, then gave us a detailed timeline of the next steps. He coordinated everything from move out to key handover to new owners (inspections/staging/open houses/offers/etc). Whenever things moved, he adjusted the schedule to reflect the new dates. This was very comforting and took out all the "I dont know what's happening- who is waiting on whom?" sentiment that can exist in such processes. Based on the market conditions, Ron came up with due dates and then helped us vet/select the offer that was a good fit for us. He then worked with the buyer's agent to ensure the transition was smooth and the closing was on track. He amended the contracts as per the new closing date. He did protect our interests throughout the process, and he did that while following due process and treating all parties involved with respect.

I am very much appreciative of Ron's skills. Buying/selling a home is very much a money game, where market conditions and offer amounts largely determine the outcome. Yet, the process can be complicated, with slow-moving parts. Ron ensured that all involved parties came out feeling like winners.

When it comes to sell/buy house, Market trend, timing, preparation and luck should be followed to win the game, however they may not be achievable by individual efforts. However. I can confidently mention that I am lucky to work with Ron & Reali team since it was very smooth process from the beginning until closing. Ron is very professional realtor and knowledgeable about the markets. His experience and recommendation has become my assets in the real estate market and we have achieved beyond our expectation at the end.

Also, Reali team has been responded any requests or questions in very quick time manner so that I am able to focus my regular daily life. As a seller, 2% fee including deep cleaning, staging, and photographs are very competitive compared to other companies and no hidden fee. I usually don't do reviews, but I have to say Realli really came through for us Our agent Lena Pina was very professional and knowledgeable. She always took our calls and helped us to navigate the sale. We had over a dozen offers after the first weekend, the photos and marketing by Realli showcased our home very professionally resulting in an offer much higher than asking. Very pleased with everything.

Lena Pina was our assigned agent and she was very easy to work with. She always made herself available, answered all our questions at anytime via text or email. She went above and beyond to make sure we are able to close escrow in timely manner. we would recommend Reali and especially Lena as your agent when you are selling or buying.
