Fly Flot no longer shipping to EU outside countries
I’ve been wearing fly foot Mary Jane wedge arch support shoes for two years
Buying them from Pavers . But recently haven’t been able to buy them. I checked on Fly Flot website I saw the shows I wanted and upon reaching payment page it says they are not selling shoes to EU countries anymore due to issues with VAT or something . You can’t even buy direct from them as there’s no phone number . Even so. I’m gutted as the shoes were perfect for my feet needs . Please comment if anyone else has had problems purchasing shoes from them recently I live in UK

Really comfortable footwear. Made for outdoors, but I use them as slippers so that I can go from house to garden without changing footwear.

Just what is needed
Small sizes available. Product excellent. Delivery was quick and arrived at the forecast time.As we are both in our late eighties high street shopping is a problem especially for footwear when most shops start at a size four and my wife needs a size two.

Pay to exchange- send back
Ordered two pairs of footwear but 1 was too
Small - in today’s world that is a drawn out process with flyflot!
You have to pay to send back, order footwear again separately and wait patiently for refund!
Such a shame there’s no form to go back with returns to make exchange easier! Not good if on tight budget !
I haven’t bothered to re order slippers because I’m not paying to return again if they are wrong!
Shoes are sooo comfortable and softness stays soft in the soles making it much better for my plantur fasciitis than other footwear!
