Arrived at airport to find flight cancelled. No seats on the other two of their flights that day. No notification whatsoever from them. Ended up paying £413 for a one way ticket for 2 hour journey wi... See more

Fraudsters and scammers
If I could score 0 stars, I would. This company is organised crime and their staff lie to you on the face. They charged me three times the same flight ticket online claiming the payment hadn’t gone through , and when I went to their office to sort this problem in person, their staff pretended it was all sorted, and once I’d flown back , I discovered it had not. Their staff at the other end just gaslit me and kept moving the goal posts as I presented them with all the required evidence. They cynically carry on regardless. They should be reported for organised fraud.
Trust the reviews please AVOID Flybondi
Cancelled our flight while at the airport no other flights for two days. Had to book another flight with different airline for the next day which cost us 3x the amount.
Nearly £400 spent on Flybondi then another 1200 on new flights.
Guy at the airport took details on his phone to process the refund said 72hrs for email, it’s been 5 days no email no nothing to show this. And he states the refund can take upto 30days! 30days! This airline is just mocking us. Customer service is non existence.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This airline
ONLY use this airline if you DON'T have a schedule to keep.
You can ONLY use this airline IF, you dont need to be somewhere at a specific time. Cancellations are common as well as last min schedule changes, which can include the possibility of flying earlier than stated! Be prepared to have a back up plan. And dont use it to catch an international flight!!! Apparently they have new owners now, but nothing seems to have changed.
Avoid them at all costs
NEVER EVER AGAIN! It’s a fraud company! They cancelled our flight after 4h of posting the take off. We lost hotels, excursions etc. Now customer service is just non existing. Someone should sue them!
Flights cancelled last minute and no…
Flights cancelled last minute and no support or alternatives.
*MUST READ*Probably the worst airline ever…
Probably the worst airline I have ever layed my eyes on, not only was we not informed about the rescheduling of our flight from 17 45 to 22 45 on a 2 hour flight. But it doesn’t stop there. Right now I’m currently sitting in the plane waiting for take off at 23 30, 45 minutes after the original rescheduled time. And it seems we might pass midnight before our flight will take off. My final take on fly bondi is that they 100% don’t care about any of their customers time.
So far terrible customer service
So far terrible customer service, my upcoming flight was already changed twice, departing more than 3 hours in advance, arriving at different airport.
In their chatbot said that this can be changed without cost. I emailed, filled every form without any response.
Absolutely dreadful experience with…
Absolutely dreadful experience with this airline during a 3 week Argentina stay. Not a single one of the four flights booked with Flybondi took place as planned, often being changed up to four times and leading to me having to make last minute itinerary changes and make alternative travel arrangements. By far the worst airline I have had the misfortune of using in almost seven months in Latin America, across Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil. If you want a stress free visit to Argentina please avoid this absolute joke of an airline.
dirty plane
dirty plane, parts falling apart, every day 2 hours or more delays or the flighst are being cancelled. This airlane should be disbanded and the whole management is useless and incompetent !!!!! #STAYAWAYFROMFLYBONDI
Avoid at all costs!
Joining the choir of disappointed customers and would-be passengers of Flybondi, we wish we would have noticed Wikipedia's mention of the airline as the 3rd worst in the world. Our flight from Buenos Aires to Bariloche was cancelled 18 hours before take-off, about which the airline did nothing to notify us. No reason given, no solutions offered, nothing. Alternative flights were expensive on such short notice and with no explanation given, one can only wonder how little effort it takes for a company to be able to call itself an airline. Avoid at all costs!
More Scam than Airline
Cancels flights at last minute.
It feels more like a scam than an airline. I had payed extra for a carry-on, and that was not even added to the reimbursement for the cancelation of the flight. Reimbursement that Im still waiting for it to be approved by the airline.
As I said... More Scam than Airline. Don't book here, pay more book a real airline, this sucks.
Terrible experience. I strongly do not recommend flying with Flybondi
My flights were canceled, and in addition to disrupting my entire trip, I lost the money I paid for additional services (carry-on baggage on both legs), which I was unable to use.
As a direct consequence of the cancellation, I was forced to purchase last-minute tickets with other airlines, at significantly higher prices. As a result, this trip ended up being the most expensive trip I have ever taken, entirely due to Flybondi’s lack of responsibility.
On top of that, their customer service channels are misleading and abusive. They advertise an 0810 phone number as a contact option, but when you call, you are told to dial *3000 instead, which charges ARS 300 per minute from any phone provider. Once connected to this paid line, an automated message tells you — only once — that claims for cancellations or rescheduled flights must be sent by email, and then the call is terminated.
In other words, you are charged to be told that they do not handle claims by phone.
The post-cancellation process was confusing, slow, and completely inadequate for an issue caused by the airline itself. The so-called “low cost” model completely disappears when something goes wrong: the passenger is left alone, without real support, and forced to absorb all the costs.
My recommendation is clear: do not buy tickets from this airline if you need reliability, real customer support, or accountability in case of cancellations. The risk is simply not worth it.
A truly terrifying airline
A truly terrifying airline, I have never had in my life so many consecutive cancellations, time changes, day changes, everything. It is also impossible to obtain the total cost paid as they hide this information. I contacted them and they just sent me a broken link. I cannot imagine this working philosophy applied to safe air travel.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever ! 4 flights with this last month with this extreme customerunfriendly company : 1 cancelled , 3 other delayed up to more than 8 hours : ZERO compensation ; shame on Flybondi !
most disrespectfull company you can imagine.
DO NEVER BOOK, they are cheap, but far from fair, far from customer cared, far from helpful
Cancelled two flights just a day…
Cancelled two flights just a day before. Horrible airline. Cost me so much nerves on my holiday.
be prepared to lose your money
i mean the rest of the reviews speak for themselves. sadly all of the companies who operate within argentina are very similar. maybe not quite as bad as fly bondi but close. changed the destination airport with a few days notice meaning i would miss my connecting flight. no answer on the phone line just a spanish message and then it hangs up. no customer service. no refunds allowed even though i wasn't the one who changed the flight. outrageous really that they can get away with it.
THE WORST airline I have ever used (and I do travel a lot around the world) - avoid it!
I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I booked and paid for the tickets (for my wife and myself) for the recent trips in January 2026 - I didn't know how unreliable Flybondi was.
Our two flights were very much delayed (with no explanation why - the weather was surely not the reason; there was no strike and similar) and one was cancelled 1 day before the flight so we had to find alternative ways to fly with other company and from that small airport we didn't have much choices. The refund for 2 Flybondi tickets (which I bought 2 months in advance) was in amount of 25% of costs for new tickets we bought a day before the flight, but at least the other airline company was extremely precise regarding departure time. The much bigger problem was rescheduling the rest of our travel in South America.
We travel in business-class on intercontinental flights and economy class on shorter flights, we used about 50 different airline companies in last 20 years and we have never experienced such problems like with Flybondi in only 2 weeks.
When I complained about Flybondi's unprofessionalism at their representative office at Buenos Aires airport and mentioned that such company should not have operating license and that staff at the airport don't care about my problem (they told me I have the right to sue the company for long delays and they didn't shown any compassion for the problems of travelers), I was told the two of us will be denied to board on the next flight (it didn't happen) because I don't "respect the company"!?
That was our last flight with Flybondi, the next one was canceled and I'll surely never try to use Flybondi again or to recommend it to anybody.
P.S. One person at check-in at B. Aires airport was kind - the only good exception regarding our complete experience with Flybondi.
The lady at the front desk
The lady at the front desk, but he was so nice and kind
And I highly recommend about this company
