The flight was cancelled by the airline. I requested a cash refund 3 months ago. I am still waiting for it.
We flew with this airline last year, after being bought a gift voucher from Flightgift. Our flight was cancelled TWICE, both on the way out and on the way back, any they didn't tell us. This then incurred charges of missed hotel stays, as well as having to pay for extra nights as we were stuck. It's been 11 months and neither Flightgift, nor Blueair have given us the refund on the flight that we never took, as well as reimbursement for the flight we had to book with Ryanair to get to our destination as planned. Really awful that they're allowed to do this with no repercussions.

I had many unpleasant experiences with Blueair over the last years.
I read the bad reviews with fear as I already bought the ticket for June 16 , 2022 when I read them.its a 2:30h flight from Bucharest .
Ticket cost 125€ including backpack+ trolley+ priority boarding.
The web site was simple. Booking&search : had to press reload twice. Nevertheless once it started: process was simple. Web check in was also simple. Android app works.
The flight boarded on time with only 10 min delay in take off. no issues. The plane was 737-8. Retractable seats. USB-A port for each seat ! (1A max) and even 110-220V socket for window seat . Nice and above most low cost standards (compared to wizzair). A Pepsi can costs 2.5€. Lots of food selection to buy. Duty free cart accepted only MasterCard and cash (not Visa/Amex).
My main complaint is that air condition was poor. Stuff refused to set it lower. lost one star for this.
Luckily there were no covid restrictions and I didn't need customer support . I didn't know BlueAir was a Romanian air company.

They changed the time of the flight 3 times and then cancelled it. They only offered the choice to rearrange the departure flight, with the only option being 1 week earlier than originally booked or after my return flight... obviously not very helpful.
I have tried contacting them 3 times since to get a refund, the 1st time they answered saying it would take a long time and have not responded to me since.

The flight I was supposed to take on 11.16.20 was cancelled one week before.
I was proposed to 1. Choose another flight 2. Get "blue points" in a "blue wallet" 3. Get a refund.
I asked for the refund.
I filled in form on their website like 15 times (every time, i got the same "answer" : "due to these uncertain times, refund might take a little longer than expected. But you can still Choose another flight or get points".
I called them 3x, same answer.
I contacter them on Facebook. Same.
So far I've lost 250€ thanks to this terrible "company".
My best advice : never book with them. Never.

They rejected our covid certificate from Randox and asked us to book a new one on the spot in order to let us board the plane. I would avoid this company

Not only that they canceled their flight last minute, but I also never received the refund back for a flight that never took off. Also, the customer service never responds. You should avoid this company!

I bought tickets including luggage, at online check-in in it did not show and I had to pay extra for any seats, so I stopped. At the airport I couldn't check in and had to queue somewhere else to pay extra twice, as they refused to proceed the check-in. In the end I paid double the original amount. This airline is not for me anymore.

Non-existent customer service. The airline - Blueair managed to send my luggage to a different country and it's been a total pain to deal with them. To this day the company haven't acknowledged the baggage complaint or got back in touch.
My flight was cancelled. The option offered were reinbursenment over payment method or voucher for other flight. I chose the first option. so I had to call the contact center in order to do it. However, contact center does not exist. They make you wait for 1 hour without reply. I wrote another email explaining the problem and they sent me an automatic response with an invitation to get the voucher. Finally, I decided to get the voucher because otherwise I had lost completely my money, but *hooray* there was an IT error and the couldn't give me anything. Worst customer service ever experienced.

they are scammers dont buy any ticket from them becuase you wont fly and you will lose money , i traveld 500 km by bus to fly from prague, after 2hours of waiting i at airport ,they told me that there is no flights for this company , i called them to all brands but they hold me on telefon , no way to contact them by phone , messanger, emails they are scammers , cheeky , they have slot of contact emails, nessanger...but you will not reach them
I have been flying with them for a while now and had no issues. Amazing value for money, very nice staff, good legroom, always punctual departure from my experience.
