Fly Away Airport Parking 

Excessive wait times at the pickup location continues to be a problem, due to staff shortages at Fly Away Parking.

The staff was courteous and the check in process was very easy the reservation process was easy to do

Fly Away Parking is conveniently located on Murfreesboro Pike directly behind the airport. Their website is easy to use, or you can call them for assistance. When I drove up, they immediately came out to assist with our luggage. The ride to the airport was quick and we were dropped off right at the door of our airline. We were given a ticket with info about how to text for ride upon our return. The car was waiting for us when we arrived. Our driver put our bags in the car and we drove away. Safe, convenient, efficient.

I have used Fly Away parking several times and I will probably not use them any more. When I arrived very early in the morning 2am about - I witnessed that the staff had lost the keys for a vehicle another they were trying to go home in.
When we arrived on Monday, July 18th after being gone a week and a day, the staff had not finished detailing my car. I had asked for the full package and was expecting to get into a clean car. Instead it looked like the staff had just realized that day that it was to be cleaned and it wasn’t ready. They took the car detail charge off of my bill but in the end my car wasn’t clean. I purposely have my car cleaned when I’m in a trip because it is nearly impossible during regular working weeks. For full disclosure I did get back to Nashville a few hours before I had indicated but this seems negligible considering the time my car was available to the staff. This is the second time I have arrived after requesting a full car detail and the car wasn’t ready. The last time we arrived and they were in the middle of cleaning everything.
I have used fly away many times and was endeared to the friendly staff who helped me travel with my young twins. However, the impression I have now is that the service is unreliable. Travel is enough of a headache - I would like my experience dropping off the car to be smooth.

I fly frequently at least two to four times a year. I have always used Fly Away Parking and have always been very satisfied with their services and prices!

Would have been 5 stars but the email address isn't working directly to FlyAway and I'm waiting on a resolution to a double booking/payment issue that was partly my fault. Love these guys though and I use them every time for my airport transportation needs in and out of BNA

Always feel confident my vehicle is safe while I’m away, with 24 hour staffing and full fencing. When I return, my vehicle is ready for me to get in and drive home. Good staff and drivers!

Everything went smoothly except I was hoping to come back to a clean car. They stated he didn’t have time.

Everyone we dealt with before and after our trip was very kind. We did wait over 30 minutes at the airport for a ride so that was disappointing but otherwise...we are happy with the service we received.

You had one van working and multiple customers. You promised to not charge my credit card and provide a complimentary trip. You did not keep that promise.

Wait time for the shuttle was a bit longer than expected. But the overall experience was good.

Everything was perfect!!! Everyone was so nice!!! We didn’t have to do anything!! When we got back our car was backed up with the trunk open waiting for us. Very easy process! Will definitely use this service again!!!
