across such shoddy and inept dealing with a customer.
Eventually returned my money which was £40.00 light.

Honestly one of the worst agencies
Honestly one of the worst agencies! I booked a flight... confirmed and everything to Europe and later received an email saying they’re going to cancel it because the ticket prices have gone up. I could not believe it, they are either going to cancel my trip give me a refund or I have to pay an extra $300. Absolutely unacceptable! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH fly365
