Beware for customer service and support.
So this company does not care about their customers or the previous units that they’ve sold. I ordered an L one from them last year when it was released when I received my flu minor in February. It only worked with a few mining pools. Multiple people have been asking for updates to get this fixed. I even joined the telegram. And there are multiple people asking and they just keep being told to wait or they ignore the message. They’re too busy promoting new machines to L1 pro the L2, the T3, but they’re not fixing the previous machines that they have sold. So they did release a software update for the L1 pro. Which came after the 5.3 and the 5.6. Anybody who ask or badmouth their customer service they immediately block and removed from the group. Someone asked me about getting a T3 and I told them I would wait instead of buying one due to their lack of customer service and Their unwillingness to release software updates so you can use the machines on different mining pools. I was immediately blocked and banned from the group. I have four of their machines I bought 4 5.3 and I can’t use them on any pool that I want. Someone that is new to mining like I am I would recommend a different company. Do not buy anything here. Save your money and buy from a company that is not new and that has better customer service. It should not take over a year for a firmware update.

Hi Fluminer Team,
It has been over seven months since I placed my order (#10748) and paid via Bitcoin on January 26, 2025. Since then, I have sent more than 15 emails to your support team, hoping for even a single reply. I have tried Live Chat too, nothing worked.
I am not writing this out of anger, I am writing out of sheer frustration and helplessness. This was not easy money. I worked hard, day and night, to save up. It is not something I can just shrug off. I am not asking for a favor, I am asking for fairness.
Please do not ask me to email support at fluminer.org again. I have done that repeatedly, and I have never received a response. That door feels closed.

Still no communication after around 3.5 months of waiting and messaging daily to the chat and the support email they say to send messages to in every reply on Trustpilot. interesting they are still getting new reviews on Trustpilot when the site has been taken down for a few days. Definitely more then one investigation going on about these scammers. Obviously all the non one star reviews are fake profiles that Trustpilot wont do anything about.

53 DAYS & STILL NOTHING - Empty promises and $3,099 gone
I am FURIOUS. It has now been 53 DAYS since I ordered a Fluminer L1 Dogecoin & Litecoin Miner on January 18, 2025 (Order #10704, $3,099), and I have:
- Received NO product
- Received NO shipping confirmation
- Received NO email communication
- Received ONLY empty promises on Trustpilot
My attempts to reach them:
- January 23: First support inquiry - ignored
- January 29: Detailed follow-up email - ignored
- February 4: First Trustpilot review - they replied promising "immediate" contact
- February 18: Second follow-up email - ignored
- February 18: Second Trustpilot review - they replied promising resolution "within 24 hours"
- February 24: Third follow-up email - ignored
- February 24: Website live chat submission - ignored
- February 26: Third Trustpilot review - no response this time
This company follows a clear pattern: they ONLY respond to negative Trustpilot reviews with empty promises of communication and resolution, then completely ignore those promises.
I've now spent almost two months waiting for either my $3,099 miner or ANY genuine communication from this company. They claimed on their website that orders ship within 5 business days.
I'm posting this review because it seems the ONLY way to get their attention. To Fluminer: either ship my product, refund my money, or at minimum provide ACTUAL communication about the status of my order.

Yeah, it's a scam. -Scammed in Tulsa-
Look at the review by HollyAnne Lockard. The reply to her from "Fluminer" is signed "VoskCoin Team". Looks like they can't even keep their scams straight. Apparently, they also run VoskCoin.org - another scam website.
Note that all of the positive reviews are not verified reviewers.
I ordered 3 machines on 2/6/25 for a total of 8,700 USD worth of Bitcoin. They state that they will ship in no more than 5 days. It's now been 2 weeks with 3 attempts to use the support link and support email with account email and order number and there is no reply. I also tried to use the chatbot with no reply. The wild part is the likely scam website that I ordered from(.org) comes up on google as the official website. the official is likely the (.com) version. This is likely the source of the scam. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma. I work hard and these scammers are screwing normal folks and getting rich doing it. And just in case the scammers reply: I did give my order number and email, so don't act like I didn't. I log into your website daily only to see the status as "Processing", when I should at least be able to get an update. I have a feeling I won't be getting one because this is a fraud website.
Edit 2/24/25: As when and where requested below, I sent yet another email 4 days ago. Surprise surprise, no response.

it has about 180,000 usd of bitcoin in it. They appear to use several layers of empty accounts per transaction to cover their tracks. It's all on the blockchain though. Start with the wallet you sent them money to and keep looking at transactions, trace it back. I'll also report this to all of the exchanges. they will surely blacklist this wallet.
March 3 2025: still no reply, miners or 8700 USD. Scammers.
March 6 2025: Exactly one month later and still no email, miners, or money. I guess scammers don't give refunds.
