Have ordered a book for my young son…
Have ordered a book for my young son for Xmas and although I paid extra for 2nd class delivery it's still not arrived even though I emailed the company and they said its been dispatched it hasn't arrived yet

Hi, I am really sorry you havent received your book. Although 2nd class delivery is usually 2-3 days, there are some delays at some Royal Mail sorting offices due to the pandemic. It has been three days since dispatch, so hopefully it will be with you in the next day or two. I will keep in contact via email. Kind regards. Adam

Flumbles stories are a lovely way to calm your child before bedtime and to encourage relaxing techniques with small children for sleep time. We thoroughly enjoyed reading our book with Charlie at bedtime and finding our snugglefluffle.
The extra fact it is personalised to your child means the children can help imagine this is them in the process helping with those calming techniques. Well done to those who have written them and designed them.
