Doesn't match the images online at all- they're such poor quality in real life and feel and look so cheap and plasticy. When we tried to return they refunded two thirds of the price we paid and said we could keep them- if that doesn't reflect the quality, I don't know what does. Delivery also took ages, as manufactured in China. Don't be deceived by the website reviews!

Very poor quality, ripped apart within 10 days of arrival and when I contacted costumer service they said I was outside their 1 week policy for notifying fault. Fake reviews on their website as there is no way to give a review apart from here.

Pretty sure this is a scam website. Ordered a pair for Christmas for my wife. They never arrived and their customer service team has stopped responding to me.

My slippers never arrived despite them incorrectly insisting Yodal confirmed a successful delivery. They have gone completely silent and have failed to go through the Yodal client portal to arrange me a refund or a replacement.

The slippers took a very long time to arrive, turns out because they were shipped from China and the quality was shockingly poor.

Literally ripping apart at the seams on the first wear. Do yourself a favour and avoid the company and their products.

I feel annoyed with myself for not reading these reviews before and falling for this scam company. I bought a pair of slippers for my wife for Christmas. They arrived, which is more than other reviewers can say, but after a couple of brief wears they have completely come apart. I contacted customer service and after a week they came back and said I am outside of their 1 week returns policy. What a joke! People are clearly buying for Christmas gifts, and they know this, furthermore I was inside the Consumer Rights Act of 30days to report faulty goods. The company have to repair, replace or refund - they are refusing to do any of this and have now stopped replying to my emails. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Company is legit as I've just received mine. However they come from China & not Italia. Can't say the slippers are as good as the reviews say but they're ok, in future I won't be buying products via Instagram

It’s a scam! Order the slippers over a month nothing arrived yet.

Got a pair of these slippers as a gift, which, unlike other reviews, did arrive. However, these ‘Italian’ slippers arrived directly from China with the label still on in Chinese! The soles are so thin and there is hardly any lining at all. Avoid!

It’s legit!! I ordered 4 pairs for my family and they all look good like shown in the website’s photos. Shipping took 6 days as expected.

I don't know about other customers' experience but everything was alright with my order. I received it in about 7 days and the slippers were warmer than expected.

100% a scam- I ordered over a month ago and they are not responding to any of my messages. I’m so sad.

Well, sadly I guess I was proved right having ordered these 'Italian' slippers from China!!
After 17 days of no slipper and no refund I will have to chalk this one up to experience but at least hope these reviews help someone else thinking of buying them.

I ordered some great looking slippers from this company. They said you would receive the tracking within a couple of days. After 6 days with no communication I emailed them. No response. I found their WhatsApp number and was assured by Andrea that I would receive the tracking that day and they would be dispatched straight away. 4 days later I am still waiting for dispatch and the company will not respond to emails, WhatsApp and have no comments on their Facebook page.
Perhaps I have been really unlucky but I now feel I have been scammed!
Such a shame, happening far too often these days!
