Hi I was very pleased and happy with Stephen and Geraldine at fluent money ,, excellent customer service and very professional,, I’m not the best with emails and computer stuff ,, they were very patient and talked me through every step of the way ,,, well done both

I had a complex situation that required a lot of negotiation between Fluent Money and the proposed lenders. Nick and Joseph at Fluent Money worked imcredibly hard and kept me informed of every step along the way. They would contact me without fail if I had a question and their communication was first class. I would definitely use their services again should I need to and can recommend them without question.

Transactions involving personal money are very challenging especially when there are so many scams out there. I found Fluent Money to be both professional, patient and understanding and equally very good at communicating. Contact & customer service 5 star from us. And although our first choice of bank refused us, so we stuck with our correct bank, they have remained in contact and at the end of the phone for any questions or concerns we had. Special mention to Ejazul and Rhea who looked after us.
