Our dog was still chewing a lot and wasn’t quite a year old when I first contacted Fluent Pet. You honestly recommended that I wait until he’s older, which I did. After receiving the Get Started kit, it was simple to put together and the directions were very clear. I set up one button to start yesterday and he’s already pushing it!! He first used his nose because I think it mystified him. Now he’s alternating between nose and paws. I’m incredibly happy!!! I knew he’d catch on right away. Thank you Fluent Pet.

My device has never worked. Customer service wants a video but I can’t show the issue that I am having on the app and film with my phone at the same time. I don’t have a multiple device set up just to prove the equipment isn’t functional. I have described in detail what the issue was. No one seems to believe me, so I have $200 worth of useless plastic. Just don’t.
Since I can’t figure out how to reply to the response, I’ll just go ahead and put it here asking me if I have charged it as if that is the problem is ridiculous. Again you are asking for a video. I am not providing you with a video if you want to know and see what’s going on with it let me ship it back to you.

Great communication. Lots of helpful ideas about how to train the cats. The buttons came extremely quickly as did the instructions.... Had to save them all, because my cats are getting this for Christmas

The quality of the buttons & hextiles is excellent. Customer servicie is great. The app is quite good and pretty convenient. It does have a couple.of quirks, but nothing out of the ordinary.
I'm more than happy with my purchase. It's worth every penny.

Got much needed tech support from Tracey and she was a GEM! Ordered new tiles and the connect button system. Now I’m almost up and running and i think will be a huge help for me and my learner!

I pre-ordered an item from this company a very long time ago. They never sent it, and when I inquired they said oh, we’re not gonna make that product so you can buy something else instead of just returning my money.

I cannot hook up base, somehow google and att.net don’t hook up correctly. Takes forever for light on base to show charged, then to change to cyan. And how do you scan the code with phone, or type in the serial number while you are reading the instructions on what to do ON the phone. I shall have to wait until my niece is here, (several weeks), for her to hook up this system. Very frustrated. I was so excited to get this system, now nothing.

The FluentPet buttons arrived, were easy to set up, and look great! I love that the 'Button Bootcamp' zoom was included in the purchase as this was extremely helpful in getting set up for success. My new buttons the ones with the speaker worked for like a week and I have tried to reset them and everything and they still won’t make any noise everything is charged I have reset the base the app the buttons. And still they won’t work. I love fluent pet but I asked for help almost two months ago and I never got any response. I know they are busy but I spent over $100 and I really want them to work. Over all I would normally give these guys a 5 star or more review!
