I wish had read these reviews before I placed an order. My experience is identical to others on here. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my wife on our anniversary. On the day it was due to delivered they told me they were unable to fulfil the order and that my money would be refunded in 5-10 days. I never got the refund so I reported the issue to Visa and am now awaiting their response.

Scam!!!

Only leaving a one star as unable to leave zero. Ordered flowers on 28th of April they were unable to fullfill the order and promised a refund. That was two weeks ago. They keep ignoring my emails and i still have not recieved my refund. Stay away at all costs its an absolute scam.

So 10 minutes after placing my order to…

So 10 minutes after placing my order to habe flowers delivered i got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order and its been cancelled and Ive been refunded 2 weeks later no response from there customer care team no refund what an absolute terrible way to run a business do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT REFUND AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did flowers arrive ?

I only have flower shops word that the flowers arrived at all , there is no tracking , no time they arrived, and no photo of the flowers actually arriving , as they were funeral flowers i havent heard from the family

The flowers turned at 4pm on the day.

The flowers turned at 4pm on the day.
Looked absolutely nothing like the picture of the bouquet I ordered.
The flowers were all pastel creams when in the picture they were vibrant deep purples, blues, pinks and reds.
The packing and box in the picture was a vivid pink and the reality was a cheap looking white box.
The size I ordered was large and the bouquet was small.
Absolutely £70.00 down the drain.
I would never use again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (and no I have not confused the with the .net one) They are a fraudently company!! You WILL always receive a WE CAN NOT DELIVER notice...and they will NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY when they tell you they can't deliver. I have since reported them to the police, HMRC! I wouldnt even give them one star, but no rating companies give you a scaling option to rate in any other way!

Flowers never delivered - AVOID DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Flowers never delivered. Had an email saying the following:

I wanted to reach out to you in regard to your order with us at The Flower Shops Network. After trying our best to find a local florist to handle this order, we have been unsuccessful owing to the florists being fully booked or not having the appropriate stock for this bouquet. I am deeply sorry to have to advise that we are unable to keep our promise of delivery for today as requested.

Owing to this disappointment, we of course will understand should you wish to cancel the order and request a full refund. Alternatively, we can look to find a florist to deliver this tomorrow.

We appreciate how frustrating this must be to hear. Please do let us know what action you would like us to take, and we will put this into place for you promptly.

Once again our deepest apologies.

They never replied via email and never delivered the next day despite there being plenty of florests near the delivery address. I have since tried to ring and no one answers and have emailed. Please avoid!!!!

Ordered delivery for a specific date…

Ordered delivery for a specific date well in advance. Received an email at 11:40am on the same day to tell me they couldn’t find a florist, leaving no time to order a replacement. Extremely disappointing - would give 0 stars if I could.
