Fue fácil y entregaron en el tiempo que dijeron, pero no mandaron el color de flores que pedi.

It was easy and they delivered on time, but they didn't send the color of flowers I asked for.

I had a very specific request for the type of cup/ vase I wanted for my best friend who just has triple bypass surgery. He is an avid baseball fan, and coached and scouted for many years. So instead of a baseball cup , they said was in stock and I upgraded to Deluxe, as the vase they swapped it out for a Campbell soup cup. So if you don’t mind them Playing random roulette with your selection , go for it. But beware you may get something totally different at their unprofessional substitutions selection. Do not use this service unless you like throwing money away. Wish I could give it a zero rating!!!

Great selection for same day delivery

I placed an order and selected guaranteed delivery by 2:00 p.m. . At 2:30 p.m. the flowers still hadn't arrived. I called customer service and they explained they couldn't get a hold of the flower company they were using. Suggested I rescheduled for Monday ( This was Friday ) flowers did arrive Monday morning however look nothing and I mean nothing like what I ordered. My total after tax was $120, these look like a $20 half dozen of roses you would get from a gas station. I specifically ordered everlasting lavender and there's no lavender in this order. Will definitely avoid the service next time.

The flowers are beautiful but the website is not the easiest to use.

My husband ordered a $189.99 anniversary arrangement through FlowerShopping.com, which assigned Royal Florist as the local florist.

Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered looked noticeably different from what was advertised online and contained dead and wilted flowers, despite being brought inside immediately into an air-conditioned home.

When we raised the issue, they claimed the flowers had arrived fresh the night before. If wilted flowers were received from their vendor, they should not have been used in a $189.99 arrangement.

They then tried to say that the local florist failed to deliver the deluxe upgrade and instead sent out the standard version.

At the end of it all, they offered only a 30% refund on a $189.99 arrangement that included a deluxe upgrade and extra for Saturday delivery.

Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with how both Royal Florist and FlowerShopping.com handled the complaint. Rather than taking accountability or offering a reasonable resolution, it felt like they prioritized protecting their profit over making things right for the customer.

Never ordering from here again. You can go to Dollar Tree for the vase, then Trader Joe’s or Costco to make your own “$189.99” arrangement
