Bad Customer Service

Ordered a timebound delivery - the order was not sent before the promised deadline and was of no use to me. They refused a refund, quoting rules stating that the delivery time indicated is not guaranteed - this is not made clear at the time of placing the order. I won't order from them again.

Flowers quality is always bad

1. Never send good quality of flower and also it's so expensive. Always deliver a withered flowers . 2. Should update status on app and should send notification on mail and mobile so that buyer will be informed.

Loved ur service

Loved ur service. Very helpful customer care representative. Ordered cake at 10 pm requested them to deliver within 2 hours and they did it with in 2 hours. Thanks Flowers Cakes Online team.
