Bad experience

Bad experience. A highly non-reliable service. Never trust for same day delivery. They even sent me an email falsely claiming that the recipient has received the gift. No point sharing your phone number as they don't use it for important timely communication in contrast to their claim

The customer service from Flowers.nl is…non-existent

The customer service from Flowers.nl is not what I had expected. I ordered orchids to please a relative who was to come home from a lengthy hospital stay. She apparently was not home at time of delivery. I did though receive an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered. After a few days I asked Flowers.nl to confirm that indeed the orchids were delivered and was advised "with the neighbors" and referred to the general terms of deliveries by Flowers.nl. Do yourself a favor and check these terms before ordering. It states on top "There's no small print or hidden agendas and then follow 2 pages of small print. Personnel is extreme uncooperative and not at all customer service oriented. Very strange actually since one would assume a company like this "lives" from service. Even though their website states: Our Florist in Brielle Sustainability is a top priority for this florist, and it is annually tested to ensure it meets Fleurop's strict standards.

✓ The quality of the delivered products.
✓ Handeling the order process.
✓ The delivery of flowers.
Maybe Fleurop and Flowers.nl have different ideas of what service really should mean....!
