Let me down by causing enormous stress ahead of and on Valentine’s Day of all days.

When I made my order, I paid £7.99 for the Guaranteed by 1pm option. Upon reviewing the order confirmation, I could see the monies had been taken, but the order made no reference to this premium delivery service (versus Named Day Tracked). I took the time to follow up with the FlowerFix team immediately via the chat, who assured me that the Guaranteed by 1pm option was selected.

To my astonishment at the egregious level of incompetence, I then received the tracking number from Royal Mail and identified they’d selected the standard cheaper option of Named Day Tracked - which is not guaranteed by 1pm! I precisely chose this option to accommodate my Valentine’s Day plans, which their order fulfilment team then compromised.

Taking note of their Made You Smile Guarantee, it’s simply not good enough!! They did anything but make me smile, especially with the follow-up.

I insisted that a refund of £7.99 be promptly made to my original payment method, and expressed that if they had any such desire to retain me as a customer, then an additional gesture of compensation would be most welcomed. I merely received my delivery refund and was given a meagre apology saying that “it was an honest mistake - your delivery got bundled in with the others on the busy valentine’s Day period”. Honest or not, it was a mistake!

Overall, a poor customer experience and I do not intend to use them again. Be cautious, as when the big events happen, FlowerFix cannot be relied upon.

Couldn’t recommend a company more, what an amazing experiences, from start to finish the process was easy and it’s been a pleasure to order from such a company shall definitely recommend

I ordered 9 stems of roses from Flowerfix for £50, and unfortunately the flowers that were delivered were almost dead on arrival. The roses looked wilted, tired, and nowhere near the quality you would expect for this price — especially for a gift.

For comparison, I also ordered 20 stems of roses from Flowerbx for £75, and those arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautiful. The difference in quality was night and day.

Flowerfix’s product did not match the price or expectations, and it was embarrassing given the flowers were sent as a gift. I would not order from them again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
