DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

PSA: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST ESPECIALLY NOT VALENTINES

1. I had called earlier in the day to check on my bouquets delivery timing, and was told my order will arrive by 5pm

2. ⁠Then after I texted them as well and was told it would arrive by 5.30pm. Only because of that, I had chose to wait for the flowers until 5.30pm and then ended up late to the dinner reservation. Not to mention how slow their reply was aft 1 hour

3. ⁠In the end, the order only arrived at 7.03pm. It was promised to be deliverd within 9am-6pm based on their website. I am extremely disappointed at that. What is the point of the flowers if I could only give it to my significant other only after the entire day I had planned is over?

4. ⁠Then when the flower came, it is all wilted and with brown staining on the petals, not fresh at all.

5. ⁠Stems of the flowers were all broken during transportation too.

6. ⁠The bouqet wrap is stained black and brown everywhere as well. How is this presentable as a gift?? I am sure even everyone would be taken aback if you were to receive this.

None of the roses out of the 6 were even opened and blooming, and almost every rose was wilted.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Everything that was not kept to including the quality of the flowers, staining, empty promises and delivery timings.

Badly run business.

Flowers, chocolates, teddy bear ordered 9th February. Delivery time 9-6pm… delivery called after wife got out of the office at 6pm. Way to go on ruining valentines day because some businesses take in more than what they can handle. And to think a simple “we are sorry” will cure the issue? I WRITE THIS REVIEW SO THAT NOBODY ELSE GET CONNED. Do not get your flowers from them. UNRELIABLE.

Beautiful Blooms and Lovely Service

Second time ordering from Flower Chimp! Beautiful flower arrangements at reasonable prices. Customer service by Ms Natasya was efficient and helpful when I had to change the delivery slot for my order on short notice. Thank you so much!

Good, Friendly & Helpful service received.

Very pleased to have Zamatul to assist to check & ensure receiptent details & sender names are all correct.
And the best help was Zamatul managed to help arrange the delivery to earlier timing as the earlier timing slot was actually full. Can't ask for more.
My first time purchase with Flower Chimp leaves me a really happy & good impression of their service.
Moreover the price is considerably good.
Thank you so much.

Poor delivery method and no packaging

1) The delivery guy left the flower outside the doorstep just like that. Without trying to call me. He just drop me a WhatsApps and left.
2) there is no packaging for the flower. What if the delivery man just carry the flower by grabbing the top part of the flower instead of the base?

Disappointing Experience with Flower Chimp

I recently placed an order with Flower Chimp SG, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service and communication.

Firstly, despite ordering early, my request to change the delivery timing was rejected, citing insufficient time.

Secondly, when I inquired about the delivery status, the customer service team was unhelpful, claiming they didn't know the arrival time. However, upon checking my email, I discovered an option to track the delivery person's exact location, which they failed to mention.

Lastly, the surprise element of my gift was ruined when the receipt indicated the unique feature of the cake (butterflies). My wife, the recipient, was not surprised as intended.

Flower Chimp SG needs significant improvement in their customer service:

- Be more accommodating with delivery timing changes when possible.
- Provide proactive updates on delivery status.
- Communicate available tracking options.
- Maintain surprise elements by omitting sensitive information from receipts.

Until these areas are addressed, I would caution others to carefully consider their choices.

Logistic went wrong!!!

The overall experience is not good. First, I emailed them to tell that I mistakenly put 1 digit on the postal code incorrectly and asked them to have it corrected. They replied that they may not be able to correct it because it was already forwarded to the other department. Then I replied back to tell them that the address is correct, they just need to amend the postal code. And after several exchange of emails, they were able to grant my request. Second, I specifically mentioned on the request to call the recipient once it is being delivered. But apparently, no one called the recipient and they just rang the door bell. Luckily the recipient was the one who opened the door. Third, I bought an anniversary card worth 4.99sgd, but what they sent is a birthday card!!! The message on the card was clearly for anniversary but they still used a birthday card! Fourth, when the flowers came, all the rubbish receipt was stapled on top of the card in front of the flowers. So imagine receiving a bouquet of flowers with receipt on it! So the whole vibe was ruined! On the other hand, to be fair, the flower arrangement looks nice. But I am so sorry FlowerChimp Singapore, the experience is just so bad and I am giving you a one-star review.

Consistent good bouquets & deliveries

I've ordered from Flowerchimp about 5 times now, and each of those orders has gone well, with the recipients loving the flowers.

1 caveat - I've never ordered anything over a popular holiday (e.g. Valentines' Day) so I can't say what their services are like then.

Overall, I feel with their prices, the range of bouquets offered is great and the service has been good for me too.

I order flowers for Valentine's Day to…

I order flowers for Valentine's Day to arrive at the receiver on the 14th. I booked and paid well in advance from Australia via PayPal. It is now the 15th of February and still no delivery. All I have got is emails saying sorry we will promise to deliver this morning (15th Feb) . But again it is now going into the 16th of Feb and still no delivery and only email promising again to deliver. I have used this company in the past and had to chase up on deliver. I just wish I had remembered the problems I had before. If I were you thinking of using this service I would now think twice. I live in Australia and trusted things would go smoothly but again I was wrong. For a Singapore company I find it to be of a very low standard. They don't even apologise for ruining my valentine day. Shame on Flower chimp Singapore.

BEWARE SCAM!!.

BEWARE SCAM!!.
These guys are a total SCAM!!!!!
I placed an order with Flowerchimp.sg on Feb12 and they assured delivery on Feb14 between 9am - 6pm Singapore time. No tracking details were provided and upon checking with them at 3pm yesterday, one of their staff Adrianna mentioned the order was en-route and will be delivered by 6pm.
At 5.30pm I became a bit anxious and checked with Adrianna again and she said it's still en-route and reassured delivery by 6pm. I made the recipient wait until 8pm Singapore time thinking it must be due to the high volume of orders.
I understood after 8pm this is a SCAM and requested a refund of my order. Adrianna kept telling it's en-route.
After I mentioned I'll be posting a review on social media, Adrianna responded back saying the order has been delivered to the recipient earlier ; which was not true as I personally checked with the recipient. I requested for the delivery details - time, name of the company, address and person delivered to. Zamatul, another responded this morning saying it was delivered by a courier company named "WindSpeed" - which seems to be another SCAM company which doesn't have any online presence.
Despite requesting numerous times for a refund they just brushed it off.
I'm hoping this review might be helpful to anyone who are thinking of using Flower chimp.

Surprise Birthday Flowers

I just wanna share this review here.. Recently, I've ordered a bouquet for my best friend's birthday from Flower Chimp Singapore. I can't compliment them enough! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, they offer next day delivery, very reasonable price & best of all, their Customer Service, Suraya, is nothing short of amazing! I placed my order nearly end of the day in Singapore (due to our time differenc, UK), only to find out that my friend was going to be at her daughter's house. Frantic.. I sent them an email asking if I could change delivery address not expecting any reply but they did! A few emails later, the CS confirm my request. My friend got her surprise on the time slot that I booked & I looked good like as if there were no blunders.
I have actually used their service numerous times prior to this. Flower Chimp is, I believed a franchise in South East Asia but I can vouch for the Singapore branch! Its the best flowers & gifts service I've used!
So, if you want to put a smile on the faces of your family or friends in Singapore from wherever you are, I would suggest you check out this company!

Same day delivery n delivery is a lie

Same day delivery n delivery is a lie! Not only the flowers were not delivered on the same day, it was not delivered at all! They didnt even know the flowers were not delivered until I called them on the next day. Promised to deliver quickly but till 6pm, no delivery was made! What a lousy company!

Lack of professionalism

Awful substitution made without my approval. I ordered a Pearl Treasures Orchid - Large White Orchid (1 pot), Double Mini White Orchid (1 pot). They didn't have the mini white orchid and replaced it with mini lavendar ones, which didn't match at all! Their Customer Service Officer (Aishah) said that they had tried calling me and when I didn't pick up went ahead with the delivery anyway. I was in back-to-back meetings and couldn't pick up. Even after I returned their call, they said they couldn't stop the order as the flowers were already arranged and out for delivery. Rather than hurrying up to retrieve the order so that their customer would get what they actually purchased, they said it wasn't possible. The other justification Aishah gave was that it looked like an urgent order from the written message. However the message made clear it was a thank you gift, there was no urgent occasion at all, so the store could have waited. It simply couldn't be bothered and thought they'd get rid of their last large orchids and get this order over and done with. If they didn't have the item available they should just have said 'Sold Out', which is what the website now reads. I would NOT recommend this store nor their customer service. It is utterly lacking in professionalism. I wanted to give a thoughtful gift of beautiful orchids, but instead they sent mismatched, ugly ones, which are embarrassing to me and should be an embarrassment to any store that had pride in its work.

I cancelled my order

They are unable to fulfil my order for a funeral bouquet after I've paid for it on their website and offered to deliver it two days later instead, after the funeral. Their message:

"I hope our email finds you well. My name is Amira
This email is pertaining to your order 144XXX.

Regretfully, we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your delivery today in the evening slot due to the flowers outage.

We would like to check if you are okay to proceed with delivery on 29/5/2023, Monday (1 PM - 6 PM) instead or we will proceed to cancel your order.

As compensation for the mishap, please help yourself to this 15% discount code for your future purchase 03EPDEPGWXXX.
Rest assured that we will make your delivery our priority.
Again, we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Quality getting worse

I am amazed at the many good ratings people have given Flowerchim. I have bought flowers from them on several occasions and quality is getting worse each time.

Flower Chimp has gone downhill over the last year. Their bouquets have significantly less flowers in them than what they show on the pictures when ordering and the flowers are already tired when they arrive. They have also gone from delivering flowers in water to arranging the flowers in floral foam, which may look good on delivery, but it means the flowers die quicker.

As an example the bouquet, Madeleine arrived with 7 lilies despite the picture showing 16. The lilies were all closed on delivery and only 4 opened. The roses were all tired and got droopy heads and brown edges within a couple of days. I wish I could upload pictures here...

Customer service just replies with standard messages about how you should give the flowers water (great advice), and that the number of flowers are within their guidelines (which doesn't help the customer much) and then they offer you 15% discount on the next order. Sadly, I will be getting my flowers from suppliers I can trust on quality going forward so I won't be using the discount code.

First time order from Flower Chimp

First time order from Flower Chimp. Their picture is exactly of what you will get. Customer service wise is excellent as well. Call up to inform the item i wanted is oos and they ask me if i wanted to replace with another item with the same price. Delivery was on time as well. Will return to them if i ever want to get a gifts for my love one.
