Bought some flowers last month to say sorry to a friend about loss of her dog,flowers arrived were dead,broken absolute rubbish bunch of flowers,will not recommend this company or shop here again

I have a monthly subscription for my 96yr old Grandma who can no longer get out into her garden, she looks forward to receiving her posy of flowers every month and she loves that they last so well. Great customer service.

My flowers weren't delivered - over a week later and there's still no sign of them.
Customer services is exceedingly poor. They don't answer your requests, and when they do they don't read what you've asked.
A week later, despite asking for a refund, they have only refunded me the postage. I've asked three times now and they are not engaging.
They also told me the flowers have been delivered when they haven't, even though the post office say they are with them.
I'm about to start a chargeback from the bank to get the money back.

Arrived promptly. I didn't see the flowers as were delivered to a friend. She said they were lovely and was pleased that they were natural wild blooms which I know she likes

I don't like leaving negative reviews but, I made a mistake on the order and trying to contact flower be is very difficult. I have sent a number of emails over a number of days but just get an automated response.
There is no other way to contact them, it's very disappointing.

Unique bouquet so different from usual bouquets. Breathe of fresh air ,vibrant colours. Excellent price. Although I ordered well in advance they were delivered on the right day, sent to my daughter in law she was over the moon with them. Would recommend

Have subscribed to a FlowerB monthly posy for nine months and havent had a bad selection yet. The seasonal posies brighten up my home and, if looked after, each posy lasts until the next delivery

Great speedy delivery

I ordered the botanical gift wrapped posy late on a Thursday evening. Flowers were delivered on the Saturday. Arrived in good condition, were colourful and bright; some in bloom others as buds so the posy lasted for a good length of time.

This was a great all round experience easy to order the beautiful flowers arrived quickly and safely in perfect condition my mother was very happy on mothers day the posey was colourful and fresh i would highly recommend this seller and would put my trust in them again thanks flowerbe good job

The posies from Flowerbe have instantly become our favourite flowers to give and receive, the perfect, simple beauty of the posy's which last wonderfully long time cannot help but charm.

I decided to treat myself and had ordered a vase with letterbox flowers on a couple of occasions.
I now subscribe and am waiting for my next box, despite my previous bunch still looking fab! Flowers are beautiful and last for ages. I also love the vase which is a perfect size for the selected arrangements.
These would make a lovely gift but I prefer to treat myself!!! 😁

Mothers Day flowers didnt arrive, no repsonse to any emails, theres no phone number to call, no tracking available. Very poor customer service & still no flowers for my mum.

Absolutely disappointing flowers I bought these for Mother’s Day gift. They came they were dead and I paid a lot of money for them and not what I expected at all. The description on the website and the picture on the website looks like AI and was nothing compared to what I got. I wouldn’t recommend these to anybody and I won’t be buying from here again!
I’ve sent several emails complaining to them and have received nothing back in the way of replacement or refund!
